lanning is underway for the 17th annual Campbell River Cops for Cancer Golf Tournament. The event is an 18-hole Texas Scramble Best Ball format and will be held at Storey Creek Golf Course on Saturday, July 6, commencing with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. This event sells out quickly so you will want to get your registration and payment in fast. This is a fun tournament … no handicapping … and quite possibly no rules. So get your friends and clients out and have a great time while supporting a wonderful cause at the same time. There will be silent and live auction items and like last year, every golfer will receive a tee gift package and possibly take home a prize as well. There will be a whole host of unbelievable hole-inone prizes and skill (or lack of skill) prizes. A great value for only $150 which includes a cart. You will have fun! The organizers have set a goal of raising $32,000 this year, which will be combined with other Campbell River Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock fundraising efforts.
