CHRISTMAS ROOKIE CAMP to get an opportunity to try out the Red Deer Catalina Swim Club. Rookie Camp will be held December 28, 29 & 30 4-5 p.m. at Michener Pool Cost $45.00
CATALINA OFFERS A PRE-COMPETITIVE PROGRAM as an instructional introduction to the strokes and skills of competitive swimming. We offer a 10 week session with three one-hour instructed classes per week. Each class embodies 55 minutes of water competitive skill acquisition along with 5 minutes introduction to stretching and dryland activities. Swimmers must be capable of swimming at least 25 meters on their front or back unassisted without stopping. Each swimmer must attend Rookie Camp or be evaluated before registering.

BABY-WEARING BALLET
Baby Wearing Ballet is a low impact ballet class encompassing barre work and gentle centre floor work, while wearing your baby in a sling or baby carrier. 6 weeks beginning January 13th running consecutively until February 17th from 10:30am - 11:15am. Cost is $ 26.00 to register and $65.00 for the 6 weeks.
DANCE WITH ME (Parent and tot class)
The Parent and Tot program is designed for little dancers age 18 months – 3 years, where both mommy and child participate in activities developing coordination, creativity and musicality. 6 weeks beginning January 13th running consecutively until February 17th from 11:30 am - 12:00 noon. Cost is $26.00 to register and $55.00 for the 6 weeks.
