that wasn’t an issue.” Guthrie said firefighters from CLFD and Creston Fire Rescue were relieved to learn that the four people who had been in the house when the fire broke out had all been able to exit the building without injury.
A total of eight residents, including three adults, three teenagers and two toddlers, were left with nothing “but the clothes on their back,” he said.
