Victoria - Tour de Rock Finale 4:30 pm After cycling for two weeks and clocking more than 1,000 kilometres in the saddle, cheer on the 2015 Tour de Rock team as they cross the finish line at Victoria’s Spirit Square (at Pandora Avenue and Broad Street), and join us in various festivities, including presentations, head shaves and the final fundraising total.

To this day, I clearly recall the doctors telling us that there was nothing more they could do. It is the most helpless feeling in the world knowing the end is coming for someone you love, someone younger than you, and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.”

Sunday, Sept. 27 Ucluelet to Tofino and Nanaimo Tofino - Co-Op & Legion Breakfast 9:30 to 10:30 am The 2015 Tour de Rock riders will be hungry as they make their way from Ucluelet to Tofino to earn this delicious breakfast. Join them and the Tofino community for some pancakes at the Tofino Legion (331 Main St).

Monday, Sept. 28 Nanaimo to Ladysmith and Chemainus Nanaimo - Maffeo Sutton Park Community Stop • 11 am to 1 pm School’s not in session today, so what better way to celebrate a Pro-D Day than to cheer the Tour de Rock team on as they stop at Nanaimo’s signature park. This great event features a BBQ, fun activities for kids and more.

Ladysmith hosts its annual amazing community stop as the team gets piped in up First Avenue to the Ladysmith & District Credit Union (330 First Ave.) just after 2 pm Enjoy cheque presentations, a few speeches and a chance to visit with the team.

Thursday, Sept. 24 Comox Valley to Union Bay, Qualicum and Parksville Courtenay - Community Breakfast and Head Shave • 7 to 9 am Head to the Thrifty Foods parking lot (660 England Ave.) and join the 2015 Tour de Rock riders for breakfast and some early-morning head shaves!

Duncan - Beverly Corners Community Event 1 to 3 pm This fun stop in the Beverly Corners parking lot (at Beverly Street and Highway 1) has become an annual highlight, as it attracts a great, supportive crowd for head shaves, a raffle, fundraising, food from Thrifty Foods, entertainment and more. The event runs from 1 to 3 pm, with the Tour de Rock team pulling in at 2:30.

Friday, Oct. 2 Esquimalt, Saanich and Victoria Broadmead - Tour de Rock Bash, Presented by Coast Capital Savings & Thrifty Foods • 11 to 1 pm Join us at Broadmead Village Shopping Centre for a BBQ by donation provided by Thrifty Foods, music and other festivities! Meet the 2015 Tour de Rock team when they arrive at approx. 11:30 am!

Victoria - Tour de Rock Finale 4:30 pm After cycling for two weeks and clocking more than 1,000 kilometres in the saddle, cheer on the 2015 Tour de Rock team as they cross the finish line at Victoria’s Spirit Square (at Pandora Avenue and Broad Street), and join us in various festivities, including presentations, head shaves and the final fundraising total.

Chemainus - Breakfast with the Tour de Rock Team • 7:30 to 9 am This fundraising breakfast is a great chance to chat with the 2015 riders and hear about their Tour de Rock experiences so far.

The delicious breakfast takes place at the Royal Canadian Legion Chemanius (9775 Chemainus Rd.). Tickets, $20, are available at the Legion and 49th Parallel Grocery.
