Selling flooring, of course! We take care of our customers through the whole process – from choosing the right products and in-home consultations, to arranging installation and proper follow-up.

What products do you carry?

We offer a huge selection of flooring products including carpet, hardwood, cork, vinyl sheet, vinyl tile/plank, laminate, and commercial flooring. We also boast the largest selection of in-stock area rugs in Nanaimo.

It’s hard to choose one product as all the products available are so diverse and offer their own unique qualities. Vinyl planks & tiles are very popular right now for their durability and water-resistance, and the fact that they look just like the real thing!

How/when did you start your business: I was a partner in a high end kitchen and bath design studio in Vancouver for 20 years and then semi-retired to Vancouver Island opening up a design studio in Qualicum Beach 3 years ago. In April of this year we relocated the studio to the Rutherford Ridge shopping area which is such a lovely quaint area.

Something you think everybody should know about your business: We use all 3D drawings and the latest computer technology in communicating with our customer so they have the ability to “walk” through their house on the computer looking at all the details as part of the design process.

How did you pick your name: I always loved talking about the design details in a plan and incorporating those. Hence the play on words.

How/When did you start your business?

After becoming totally enamored with riding our own electric bikes, we wanted to share the delight with everyone. We’ve been in Qualicum Beach for just over a year.

What are new offerings/ products/services for 2015?

Pedego Boomerang with a low step thru allows easy mounting, the Stretch Cargo bike to carry big loads and lots of kids, and the Ridge Rider and pedal assist Trial Tracker for the mountains.

What’s your main service, speciality product or dish?

Spectacular fun on an electric bike of your own, or to rent or take a tour with us. We provide beyond the warranty customer service, pick up and delivery, full line of Pedego bikes for sale and free test rides.

Our philosophy is hello fun... Our intention is to delight the customer. The bikes are about fun, fitness, fashion and friendship.
