The total amount of water your child needs comes not only from drinking water, but also from the water found in food and beverages. Although there are plenty of choices on the market when it comes to beverages, many of them are high in sugar, fat and /or caffeine. Refreshing, cool water is the best op on to keep hydrated! You can always jazz it up with a slice of lemon or lime.

Whether you are heading outdoors as a family or sending your child off to a day camp, remember that healthy food and plenty of water will help you stay ac ve and enjoy the summer day!
