A group of about twenty people gathered Tuesday on Columbia Avenue to mark the one year anniversary of the changes to federal health
transfer payments. Representatives from the Hospital Employees’ Union, BC Nurses Union, and BC Government Employees Union were present. According to the HEU, “The rallies in Castlegar are a part of a multi-city, national day of action
