This literally can drive us “mad” if we don’t have the boundaries in place to say “no I will not deal with this now”. I think the easiest fix for this is to get folks of all ages hooked on the reading of a good novel.

The next time you find yourself or your children getting really irritable, plan a meal together, turn off the gadgetry and enjoy the silence of being together. May the New Year be filled with as much health and happiness as you can muster!
