1. Can you tell us a little about what you do?

My role is to connect with different organizations and individuals living in the North Burnaby area and identify needs and gaps in services and programs.

Because we’re just starting out, I also manage the office and volunteers in our location.

2. What’s the best part of your job?

I love meeting people and connecting them to other people, organizations, services, and programs and then continue to see them participating in various programs as participants or as a volunteer.

3. Have there been any surprises?

Every time I come into work it’s a surprise. I never know who will walk through our door or who I will meet that day.
