This 1999 Ford Taurus rolled while heading southbound on Robert Service Way Thursday afternoon. The 43-year-old driver was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle, refusal to provide a breath sample and failure to remain at the scene of an earlier crash. He has been released with a promise to later appear in court.
