Water demand rising in the city Kristen Douglas
Campbell RiveR miRRoR
The recent warm, dry weather is pushing the city’s drinking water supply to its limit. The city says there has been a noticeable increase in water consumption as people try to cope with the warmer weather. Jennifer Peters, the city’s utilities manager, said the capacity of the city’s water system is 1,065 litres per second but 300 litres of that is reserved for fire suppression, leaving 765 litres per second for domestic
water use. Residents have already exceeded that limit once this summer. “Due to hot and dry days at the end of June and beginning of July, water demand has already exceeded 800 litres/second, exceeding the allotment reserved for domestic use,” Peters said in a city staff report. “With hotter and drier days comes a higher risk for urban fires, thus highlighting the importance of the fire suppression water allowance.” Peters said Environment Canada is forecasting hot, dry weather
Hearing set for accused wife killer A preliminary hearing will take place in December for an elderly man accused of killing his spouse. Konstanty (Karol) Butkiewicz, 84, of Campbell River is charged with second degree murder and is currently free after posting $25,000 cash bail. Butkiewicz is accused of killing his 71-year-old common-law wife Caroline Doreen Surrett. She was found dead
for the next two weeks, which could force a water ban. “We are expecting the domestic water usage to remain high during this period and throughout the summer unless further restrictions are in place,” Peters said. At Tuesday’s city council meeting, held after the Mirror went to press, council was expected to debate giving the city manager the authority to change the watering restrictions on a day-today basis. The alternative is scrambling to schedule a special council meeting

17th avenue residents want their share of street improvements Kristen Douglas Campbell RiveR miRRoR
Residents living along 17th Avenue are feeling left out in the cold. While neighbourhood streets around them are
being improved by the city, their street is quiet and untouched. A petition with 21 signatures has been presented to council, asking for more. “We, the undersigned
on 17th Ave between the new Island Highway and Redwood St. request the city of Campbell River fill in the storm ditches and provide new sidewalks,” the petition reads. The residents say

17th Avenue should be included in the sidewalk in-fill program currently in progress along 14th Avenue, 15th Avenue, Redwood Street and Spruce Street. The city is spending $283,964 on new sidewalks, predominantly in the Campbellton area. The sidewalks are being built in an attempt to link already existing sidewalks and crosswalks, but, in the case of Spruce Street, the sidewalk is being installed on the side of the road opposite the ditch. “There would have been a fair amount of
drainage work required first before we would’ve been able to put the sidewalks in,” said Ron Neufeld, the city’s general manager of operations, at the June 24 council meeting. “That wasn’t part of this budget, so it was more economical to put them in on the east side.” The city’s 2014 sidewalk infill program will see roughly 1,642 metres of concrete sidewalks installed, 12.8 square metres of concrete driveway restoration and 1,518 metres of concrete barrier and mountable curbs put in.
Curb work is underway on 17th Ave.
Funding for the project is being split between the city’s Community Works Fund which is funded by Gas Tax revenue from the
federal government, and through Development Cost Charges which the city collects through new development.

City writes off $50,000 owed by Maritime Heritage Centre KRisten douglas
Campbell RiveR miRRoR
The city is expected to write off more than $50,000 it’s owed in relation to the Maritime Heritage Centre. Council has agreed to forgive the debt as part of a new agreement it has entered into with the Maritime Heritage Society, which operates the centre. Dennis Brodie, the city’s finance operations supervisor, said the agreement was inked on April 1 and is good for five years. Included in

the negotiations was an understanding, endorsed by council, that certain items under the former agreement, which resulted in receivables on the city’s books, would be forgiven,” Brodie wrote in a report to council. The write offs are: a $40,000 agreement signing fee related to the former agreement; as well as 10 per cent of the annual space lease and rental fees collected by the society in 2011 ($7,623.65), 2012 ($7,970), and 2013 ($6,153.50); and $825.23 in water and sewer
charges for the building in 2011 and 2012. Council was expected to authorize those write offs at Tuesday’s council meeting, after the Mirror went to press. Brodie said not collecting the amounts formerly owed will not affect the city’s budget. “As part of the yearend process, an allowance for bad debts is made against the total amount of receivables on the books,” Brodie said. “As such, all of the writeoffs being proposed have been fully accounted for
and there is no financial impact in 2014 as a result of these proposed write offs.” Meanwhile, the city has also provided the Maritime Heritage Society with a one-time $30,000 funding boost and has established a repair and maintenance account for the Maritime Heritage Centre, both of which are funded through council’s contingency account. Council made the decision to provide the funding during an in-camera council meeting on Dec. 3 of last year.
RCMP found him a short time later thanks in part to photographs that staff took of him. Chickite was arrested for theft under $5,000 and breaching his bail conditions by consuming alcohol. Chickite was later released, but on June 14, police received a call about a suspicious man checking out vehicles in the Campbellton area. When the officer arrived at the scene, he caught Chickite jumping off the back of a camper. Chickite claimed he was looking for a friend, but was arrested because he had been drinking again. He’s been in custody since then in Victoria. On Monday, he appeared
by video in Campbell River provincial court and entered guilty pleas to theft and one count of breaching a court order; a second breach charge was dropped in exchange for the guilty pleas. Crown prosecutor Adrienne Venturini told the court that Chickite has a four-page long criminal record and asked the judge to impose a 45-day jail sentence. Defence counsel told Judge Brian Saunderson that Chickite has struggled with alcohol most of his life and again wants to enter a residential treatment program. The defence lawyer also asked to impose a sen-
tence of time served. But Judge Saunderson noted Chickite’s lengthy criminal record and agreed to the Crown’s proposal for 45 days, less time served, for a sentence of three weeks. Chickite must also pay a $200 victim fine surcharge.

The cart was loaded with approximately $150 worth of meat products when the 28-year-old Campbell River man was approached by a store employee on the afternoon of May 27. What is a 3 Part Nutrient?
How does cycling keep you healthy?
A 3 part nutrient is an all purpose plant food formula that will grow everything! Combine Grow, Bloom and Micro nutrients into your water at different ratios depending on the stage your plant is in, to have utmost control of the food your Christa Fernau plant requires. For instance, if you are in the vegetative stage, you are using more “Grow”, the same amount of “Micro” and a less amount of “Bloom”. If you are in the flowering stage, it is simply the other way around, using more “Bloom” than “Grow”.This is an affordable, high quality way to feed your plants. We are getting great feedback on our new 3 Part by Cascadian Plant Food, proudly made right here in Campbell River. We still have plenty of free samples for you to try. Come on in and get some, and get more information on how to grow beautiful and nutritious veggies and flowers.

Private donations allow priority medical equipment to be replaced faster than if government funding alone was relied on.Your help enables improvements to patient Stacey Marsh Executive Director care to happen more quickly. The idea of supplementing public funding for health care through private donations has long tradition – and is common practice across Canada. Salmon volunteers honoured Construction of the new Campbell River Hospital is now underway. This is impacting hospital users, staff and neighbors:

teers gathered fertilized chinook eggs from local rivers; and, with the cooperation of the Conuma Hatchery incubation facility, fry were released in the spring of 2005. Since 2004, Tahsis has seen many positive changes for the recreational anglers, local rivers, stream habitat and for its community leadership program that promotes conservation and awareness. Each year, Les Dowding Memorial Volunteer Hatchery collects 300,000 chinook fry. As well, the entire hatchery has been rehabilitated. “The goal of the volunteer hatchery has always been to bring the stocks of the Tahsis and Leiner rivers to a sustainable level,” said Collins. In 1982, there were less than a dozen chinook in the Tahsis River. But by 2013, the Tahsis and Leiner rivers each had
a returns about 500 chinook. “The volunteers will continue their dedication to these two rivers as long as they are needed,” Collins added. The Tahsis Salmon Enhancement Society is a remarkable group whose efforts are supported by the community of 400-500 people in a remote region of Vancouver Island. Each year volunteers target portions of the local rivers for streambed restoration and it’s not uncommon to see 20 to 30 people show up to help with broodstock collection. “This level of dedication and commitment has allowed Tahsis to re-invent itself as a busy sport fishing community as well as develop a new generation of informed, committed stewards of the resource,” said Duncan.

Experts’ Advice 7x5.25 How do I protect myself from insect bites this summer season?
Divorce and marriage do not automatically change your insurance. If you bought life insurance during your first marriage, you probably named your spouse as beneficiary. If that was the case, unless your life Darlene Garat agent had you sign paperwork to Financial Advisor change that, your ex would still get the money if claimed. If you named children, with the proceeds divided equally, but now have another child who is not on the policy, the unnamed child would be excluded from the claim. Or, if a child is now legal age to receive the funds outside of a trustee – but you want to extend that to an older age. Or, if the bank listed as an assignee no longer holds your mortgage. These are important modifications (simple changes that do not necessitate replacement) to your insurance, and just some of the reasons to review your insurance policies with your agent on a regular basis.

• Parking: The hospital’s south parking lot, located off Birch Street, is now permanently closed. Hospital users can park in two new parking lots located off 2nd Avenue, west of Yucalta Lodge. A shuttle service is operating Monday to Friday mornings. • Traffic Disruptions: Expect some traffic disruptions on 2nd Avenue and in the hospital’s main entrance this week during excavation and installation of new water and gas lines. Traffic-control measures will be in place.
Why should I pay into a pension?
• Applying insect repellents is the most recommended protection against insect bites • Health Canada recommends the use of DEET containing Victor Choo repellents but make sure not Pharmacist/Owner to use formulations containing more than 50% of DEET. Apply to exposed skin, including face, wrists, ankle and neck. Wash hands after application. • In children, use DEET 10% or less and should be applied sparingly and avoid applying to hands or face. If you do get bitten, don’t scratch. Calamine lotion or Hydrocortisone often helps reduce the itching. Talk to your Peoples Drug Mart pharmacist for products that should help you get through this season! 984 Shoppers Row Downtown

At Captain Meares Secondary School, students raise salmon fry in science classrooms and later release them into the Tahsis River. It’s just one part of the community volunteer effort behind the Tahsis Salmon Enhancement Society whose members received national recognition last week. The society is this year’s recipient of the National Recreational Fisheries Award. On June 26, in Tahsis, society president Frank Collins accepted the award from North Island MP John Duncan, Minister of State, who presented the honour on behalf of the Fisheries minister. “Recreational fishing is a tradition worth preserving and protecting for future generations,” said Duncan. “I offer my sincere congratulations to Frank Collins and the other board members of the Tahsis Salmon Enhancement Society for their outstanding contribution to recreational fishing in Canada.” The Tahsis Salmon Enhancement Society created the Les Dowding Memorial Volunteer Hatchery in 1982. It started as a co-operative venture between local volunteers, the village of Tahsis and the local mill. After the mill closed in 2002, activity at the hatchery slowed down, but in 2004, a new era began. That year a fishing festival was organized which provided a source of local funding. Volun-
Every working person has a responsibility to care for themselves financially, now and in retirement. Fully funded employer and union pensions are rare today, and may not be a reliable source of income in the future. And, if you have to pay into a pension, why not control it? There are many personal pension strategies, including ones that have low risk investments Peter Garat with a decent return and tax deferral. Certified Financial Planner First you need to calculate the amount of monthly income that you will need in retirement (assuming you are debt free, healthy and want an active lifestyle). From there, estimate and subtract government benefits, and the contribution that will come from your current investments including real estate, and any taxes payable. Once the shortfall is known, your risk profile assessed, and the number of years to your desired retirement age calculated, the best pension strategy for your situation can be determined. The earlier you start, the easier it is to succeed at saving for a comfortable retirement. A Financial Advisor will help you crunch the numbers, and clearly define your goals and objectives helping you build your own personal pension.

Our View
A summer strike and where are the pickets?
School’s out and British Columbia’s teachers are still on strike. Or are they? Drive past any of the province’s more than 1,600 public schools and the picketing who waved at passing We say: Teachers teachers motorists, eliciting horns of support or miss opportunity scorn, are absent. Their signs pleading to score with the for better education for their students with smaller classrooms and better class public composition are packed away. For all intents and purposes, it looks like another routine summer holiday season around BC’s schools.
And yet it’s not. The acrimonious dispute that put the teachers on the street, and kids’ education on hold, continues. But there are no longer pickets to remind us that the strike is still on. That may be a missed opportunity for the teachers’ union to score a point in the battle for public support in this dispute. Continuing to picket the province’s schools through the summer, even in a skeleton fashion, would have been a constant reminder of what this dispute is about. Teachers could have shown their commitment to the cause they say they’re fighting for by continuing that fight even
when they’re normally on holiday. And maintaining pickets through the summer would have increased the pressure on the government to reach an agreement, as CUPE workers had pledged to honour teachers’ picket lines meaning routine summer maintenance, repairs and paperwork wouldn’t get done. The provincial government is relying on public perception that teachers are already well paid and get to enjoy two months off every year to win support for its position. Seeing pickets march in the hot summer sun might have won fans for the teachers. – Black Press

Concerned about the future Re: “A history of teacher demands - -- - - -” by Tom Fletcher I am 80 years old and I cannot recall an article more inaccurate and one-sided than the tripe spouted by T. Fletcher in this article. His “facts” are wildly innaccurate as the current offers from both sides have changed considerably from what he has quoted. Sixteen per cent? A Grade 8 math student would know that math is wrong. That is only one point. Does the Black Press have proofreaders? Mr. Fletcher is obviously spouting the government party line. That is not an indication of a reporter (who should be unbiased) and an insult to journalism. Perhaps a rewrite and/or apology is in order. (Editor’s Note: Fletcher’s article in question is a column which is an opinion piece, not news reporting). I am a concerned grandmother for the future education of our young people whose education is at the bottom of the Canadian provincial scale. It’s a competitve world they face. How can we let them start with a disadvantaged education? The crucial reason teachers are on the picket line is this government’s refusal to discuss the issue of class size and Continued on Pg. 9

A brief history of treaty talks in British Columbia
Tom Fletcher B.C. Views
A few weeks before the landmark decision declaring aboriginal title proven by the Tsilhqot’in Nation, I picked up a used university textbook that looked like a handy reference. Geography in British Columbia: People and Landscapes in Transition, by Brett McGillivray (UBC Press, Second Edition) is a good reference, except where it strays from geography into politics. This 2005 edition came out not long before the B.C. Treaty Commission started producing agreements, notably with the Tsawwassen First Nation. It recounts the establishment of the Ministry of Native Affairs by the Bill Vander Zalm government in 1990, and the election the next year of Mike Harcourt’s NDP, who reversed the province’s historical legal position and tried to accept
the existence of aboriginal title. At this point the textbook departs from the facts and leads its freshman pupils into left-wing dogma. McGillivray writes: “When the Liberal Party won the 2001 election (with all but two seats), it launched a provincewide referendum on treaty negotiations, prompting commentators to suggest the government was ‘trying to impose 19th century ideas on a 21st century problem’.” “Commentators” in the above quote is of course only one commentator, veteran lefty Vancouver columnist Stephen Hume. This quote was indeed representative of the media consensus at the time. On TV, aboriginal leaders burned their ballots while denouncing the referendum
as racist and divisive. The public, and later university students, were taught that Gordon Campbell’s government was exploiting racism for political gain. In fact, this referendum was one of a long series of efforts to untangle the legal knot left by Canada and B.C.’s failure to complete historical treaties after 1900. Seven of the eight questions in the 2002 referendum were simply to confirm the existing position of B.C. treaty negotiators. The purpose, then as now, was to settle treaties. The first question asked if private land should be exempt from expropriation for treaty settlements. Private property rights are not so much a 19th century idea as a 17th century one, defined in 1690 by John Locke.
What remains true today is that no society has made significant social and environmental progress without individual property rights. See the woeful state of most of Canada’s communally owned aboriginal reserves, where individually owned property isn’t permitted. The Tsilhqot’in dropped claims of property held by non-aboriginal residents from their appeal to the highest court, a wise move considering that pushing people from their homes would lead to violent confrontations. Other referendum questions related to preserving public access to Crown land for hunting, fishing and park use. All were endorsed. The only new question asked if aboriginal self-government “should have the

Thanks for your letter, Lorna. The 16 per cent I referenced was in the 2012 negotiations and strike. That was after a year without a contract following expiry of the 2006 agreement in which the BCTF received 16 per cent and a signing bonus. This is the “history” to which the headline refers. The current demand is calculated at 14.5% over five years. There seems to be a lot of confusion about this, partly due to an erroneous ad run by the BC government in a Vancouver newspaper.

characteristics of local government, with powers delegated from Canada and British Columbia.” Arguably, that’s what has emerged from the Tsilhqot’in case, which upholds provincial jurisdiction over public forest policy on environmental and fire protection on aboriginal title lands. By 2009, frustrated with a lack of progress, due to Ottawa’s inaction as well as inconsistent leadership from aboriginal communities, the Campbell government tried to cut the knot. Its proposed Recognition Act would have accepted a form of aboriginal title across the province, based on 30 historical “indigenous nations.” That idea originated not with the province but with the First Nations Leadership Council. It was rejected by a broader group of aboriginal leaders later that year. The best way forward, also endorsed in the 2002 referendum, is sharing land use planning. B.C. has also begun sharing resource revenues. The most likely path, however, is back to court for years to come.

Innovative 3-D First Nation’s art There is an innovative new type of art that has just arrived at the Museum at Campbell River Shop. The pieces have been designed by First Nations artist Curtis Wilson of the Campbell River Band, and manufactured in acrylic locally by Cheryl McIvor of Plastic Plus Fabricating, who saw the potential in Wilson’s traditional designs and wanted to produce them in a modern day medium. Shop manager Roslyn Nickel is excited about carrying this unique
Curtis Wilson
product. “I am thrilled to be carrying a product that is entirely made in Campbell River – designed by a local aboriginal artist, and made by a local
manufacturer. As far as we know there has never been a product developed like this in the world, and it was all Cheryl’s idea! “ T h is ar t work is exclusive to our Shop, and I love that fact that through these pieces, we are supporting a local artist and business and these reflect the museum’s collection area.” These three dimensional pieces are colourful, light and durable and can be suspended easily or hung on a wall. They are ideal purchases for travellers who want
to take home something representing themes found in First Nations art such as Salmon, Hummingbird, Raven and Moon, and are looking for items that aren’t bulky and can easily be packed into luggage. Because they are light, they are also inexpensive to ship. You can see these new works, and browse many beautiful gift ideas and souvenirs at the Museum Gift Shop. The Museum is located at 470 Island Highway and open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. until the end of September.

This summer, sign up your kids to spend part of each day outside enjoying the sun and connecting with nature in some of Campbell River’s parks and green spaces. The city’s Recreation & Culture Department is offering programs that help inspire children with an active appreciation of nature. Nutty for Nature at Haig-Brown House gives children the chance to explore the outdoors, play in the dirt, learn about insects and collect treasures. This program
Curtis Wilson’s Moon is a traditional design in a modern-day medium being offered at the Museum at Campbell River.

Winnifred Joan Burnard (nee Marshall) April 7, 1931-June 21, 2014
Winnifred Joan Burnard nee Marshall passed away June 21, 2014. Predeceased by her loving husband Jim, she is survived by 2 sisters: Mary (Perrault) and Margaret (Bates), both of Prince George; and 3 children: Linda (Chris) Hogarth, Jenny (Gary)Houg and Tish (Tom) Langdon. Her 3 sons-in-laws and 6 grandchildren - Ryan and David Hogarth, Derek, Carly and Keith Houg, and Robert Langdon were the apple of her eye. Joan was born April 7, 1931 in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia. After moving to British Columbia, she and her sisters spent their youth on the shores of Okanagan Lake in Trout Creek, BC. Joan, an excellent swimmer, found summer work as a lifeguard. She loved canoeing and had a wonderful singing voice (which she neglected to pass on to her daughters). Oblivious to that fact, campfires and car trips were always occasions for enthusiastic singing by the entire family. After marriage Joan and Jim lived in Ocean Falls, Campbell River and finally, at Saratoga Beach - in a house that Joan designed. It filled regularly with grandchildren, family, assorted pets and friends. Joan served as a Red Cross nurse in her youth and later, after her children had grown, became the supervisor of Peter Pan preschool. In retirement she and Jim travelled throughout Canada and abroad. Joan, with Jim on the oars, became a regular on the Tyee Pool. She loved to garden. She saw beauty where others didn’t and found happiness making others happy. She relished life and when it came to her family, had the protectiveness of a mother bear. Family and friends are invited to a gathering in memory of Joan at 7866 Sturgess Road in Black Creek on Saturday, July 12 at 2:00 p.m.

Carol will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by Andy, her devoted husband of 25 years, as well as her two sons, Chad and Shane Groves, daughters-in-law Kate and Dusty and much-loved grandchildren Sam and Sarah, Ryder and Levi who were Carol’s constant source of pride and joy. Gardens review postponed due to lack of interest 26 26 || CAMPBELL CAMPBELL RIVER RIVER MIRROR MIRROR || WEDNESDAY, WEDNESDAY, JULY 9, 2014

CAMPBELL RIVER MIRROR
A review into the feasibility of expanding the arena at Strathcona Gardens has been temporarily cancelled. The Strathcona Regional District was set to launch an independent assessment of Strathcona Gardens before calling off the project last week. Russ Hotsenpiller, chief administrative officer of the regional district, said the response to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for
the review was not good enough. “One of the requirements of the RFP states that the proponents must attend a site visit to become familiar with the full scope of the project,” Hotsenpiller wrote in a staff report. “Unfortunately, the site visit was attended by only one proponent. This is an important project for Strathcona Gardens and this is an unacceptable result for the delivery of a competitive process.” The regional district
has approved $75,000 for a study to identify potential improvements at the Gardens including a possible Rod Brind’Amour Arena expansion and the addition of a wellness centre. The study, dubbed a facility needs assessment, was prompted by an arena evaluation done in 2004. The 2004 evaluation looked at ways to increase the amount of seating in Rod Brind’Amour – two of which involve renovating the existing
www.CampbellRiverMirror.com www.CampbellRiverMirror.com
arena and one which recommends building a new arena at Strathcona Gardens. That study also included conceptual drawings for a wellness centre to be built beside the swimming pool. Regional District staff, however, since determined that a more indepth study is needed before taking any action on the recommendations. That led staff to issue last month the RFP for the facility needs assessment. The assessment was to
focus on two key components – whether current services meet the needs and expectations of the community and whether the existing facility allows for the delivery of appropriate services for the next five, 10 to 20 years and if not, how the facility should be improved. According to the RFP, which has been cancelled, “the overall intent of this assessment is to determine the most efficient and affordable plan for the regional district to

address identified facility and program needs. It is expected that the range of options may include replacement, expansion, repair and/or renovations.” Hotsenpiller said the regional district does not intend to abandon the assessment and will “need to adopt a much more aggressive approach to solicit a larger interest group.” He said staff is surveying recreation departments that have conducted recent assess-
ments to gauge potential proponents. “ This unfortunate interruption will certainly affect the original proposed timelines as set out in the RFP, postponing the final results into the New Year,” Hotsenpiller said. “However, in the interest of providing the (Strathcona Gardens) commission with a valuable document that reflects their goals and objectives, taking the extra time now to refine our strategy is the recommended approach.”

Items on the menu included Comox Valley beef and bison burgers, cod and chips, the Salish salad with pecans, goat’s cheese and beets, and poutine. Sandra Parrish, the m u s e u m’s a s s o c i -

When financial markets become a little uncertain – some investors get nervous. Uncertainty and nervousness can cause some investors to flee equities and jump into fixed income investments that they feel will provide more certainty and protection from investment losses. But … there may be a price for playing it too safe financially, like the loss of buying power from ignoring opportunities to keep your investments growing.

real return on an average one-year GIC was actually negative every single year over the last decade while, during the same timeframe1., the 10-year return for Canadian equities on the S&P/TSX Index was 7.97%. The savings account sideliners In fluctuating markets, some investors choose to sit on the savings account sidelines – which at least partially contributes to the fact that there is currently $670 billion sitting dormant in Canadian savings accounts, roughly $200 billion more than average1.. By sitting it out on the financial sidelines, these investors missed out when the market began its steady climb while those who stayed invested capitalized on the upside of the market and reduced the impact of short-term volatility. The market moves fast and often with no warning. Strong gains can easily be missed by sitting on the sidelines.
Investors
Buying power erosion Often, the price of play-
safe investment options can be the erosion of your money over time due to inflation. On the other hand, by choosing the right investments and sticking with your investment plan, you will be positioned to capitalize on growth opportunities as they arise. Including equities in your portfolio can be the best way to protect your purchasing power and grow your wealth over time. But always remember, it’s a range of asset classed (yes, even fixed income investments) working together that is the vital key to increasing future income, offsetting rising costs, and reaching all your financial goals. Your professional advisor can help you get your investments out of ‘park’ and into ‘drive. 1. January 2014 Consumer Survey Investor Economics HHBS
