Mapping an emergency W

hen it comes to an emergency response, timely information is critical. For Kelowna firefighter Brian Moore, the nagging question from the 2003 Okanagan Mountain Park Fire was why couldn’t all the information about what was happening in the area be included on one map. Eleven years later, thanks to his dogged persistence, his question has been answered. And he helped craft that answer. See story page A3
