Core Fit

Post Pregnancy Re-Design

For new mammas and papas to engage in a well-rounded yoga practice while the babies chill out. Poses will encourage connection between parent and child and our space will be welcoming of nursing, diaper-changing and colicky moments.

The Core: specifically referring to the muscles of the abdominal and lower back. Strengthening these muscles will result in trimming and toning waistlines and improvements in balance and posture.

Get back your pre-baby body! Start that process as soon as you’re able (ie. doctor says it is ok). Each class will go through a series of routines that focus on four major areas of your body, core, arms, legs and butt and we will start to re engineer your muscular structure, wake up your accessory muscles, pull in your larger muscles and shift your shape back to your pre-pregnancy self or even better!
