Newsprint and paper products no longer need to be separated into the Newsprint and Paper Products Recycling Carts.
Combine newsprint and paper products into the re-labelled Mixed Paper Recycling Cart(s).

Starting May 19, 2014, residents can recycle more household items using Richmond’s Blue Box and Blue Cart Recycling programs. There are also changes in how residents will be asked to sort their recyclable items. The City will be sending new materials to your home to help you participate in this expanded program.
