Airlifted

- STARS air ambulance personnel moved a patient towards their helicopter after he was injured in a skateboarding crash on Old Boomer Road Saturday afternoon. STARS landed in the field behind École Fox Run School and then transported the 22-year-old man to Foothills Hospital in serious condition. At last report he was in stable condition in the hospital’s intensive care unit.
