Tailored specifically to keeping you fit and feeling good as you prepare your body to give birth to your baby! SKYPE is free software that allows you to make video calls (for free) over the internet, with someone else who is also using SKYPE. A two hour class, install and learn basics of SKYPE. Basic understanding of Windows a must.
