Organizers of the annual Crystal Gala are hoping the community will jump on board and help them promote the colour pink across the city. The first annual Tie One On campaign in support of breast cancer awareness is in full swing with special pink ties available for purchase. The ties cost $20 and are available from any member of the Crystal Gala committee or by calling 778-241-5015. Once a tie has been purchased, the purchaser is encouraged to wear it proudly.

In order to promote the campaign, the person who raises the most money for the cause will win an Ipad Mini.
