Seniors/Adult Programs Restorative Yoga Restor’ Yoga soothes the nervous system, helps you quiet your mind and invites you to release deeply held tension. This gentle yoga class is a great way to bring your body and mind into balance. Restor’ Yoga is suitable for everyone. Walking & Games Club Come out and enjoy an hour walk with your peers and a Recreation Centre staff member. Walking sticks will be provided. Chair Yoga

Masters Swimming is a great way for adults to stay in shape and improve their swimming skills! This program is for both beginners and advanced swimmers, offering you with structured workouts and seasonal planning. If competition is your goal, we can provide you with the training to get ready.

This is a new class designed for the older adult who would like the bene¿ts from yoga but ¿nds it dif¿cult to get up and down from the Àoor.

Baby, Me & Stroller

Tots Soccer

Take a stroller walk in beautiful Hope with other new parents in the community with a guide and discussion on parenting topics. After your morning stroll, head back to the Recreation Centre for some parent and tot time with refreshments and snacks for both baby and you. Set 1: Mondays: Sept 16 to Oct 7 Time: 10:00am-11:00am Set 2: Mondays: Oct 14 to Nov 4 Time: 10:00am-11:00am Cost: $36.00/set

This is a great opportunity for your tot to be introduced to the fun game of soccer while enhancing his or her physical literacy. Children will learn and practice the various fundamental skills necessary to run, kick, dribble, stop and pass the ball. This is a parent participation class. Kids Pajama Party

Put on your best Halloween costume and enjoy a evening of games, prizes and dancing fun with your enchanting friends! Listen and dance to some monster music, and if you’re brave enough, dip your hands in the ghouly witch’s brew.

Put on your best neon out¿t, bring your friends and join us for some galactic bowling, music, laughter and fun for all. Glow sticks will be provided. Best neon out¿t will win a prize.

After splashing around and enjoying games led by staff in the pool, dry off and enjoy a movie in the Mezzanine in your favorite pajamas while eating popcorn with your friends.

Introduction to Skate & Longboarding Join the guys from The Truth Skateboard Shop , as they coach you how to be a better skateboarder. Learn from the “pros”, topics such as safety, skills, drills and skateboard etiquette. Some very cool stickers will be available for those who sign up for the course. Dates: Saturday, September 21 & Sunday, September 22 Ages: 10 years and up Time: 1:00pm-3:00pm Cost: $25.00/person
