fter 32 years in the RCMP, Ted Anderson wasn’t ready to retire from working. But he was ready for a change. He enjoyed most of his time as a cop, but after 25 years on the job in Kelowna, when he heard he could be transferred out, he decided to call it a career. That was in 2003. He was 55. Ten years later, at an age where mandatory retirement in this province used to kick in, Anderson is still working—but in an entirely different field. And he says he has no plans to stop.
