Silver Hills’ Sprouted Story The story of Silver Hills’ Sprouted Bakery is as organic and natural as the ingredients we use in our breads and bagels. Our story began in 1989 at the Silver Hills guest house, a wellness resort tucked away in the beautiful and serene Okanagan Valley. Rooted in a philosophy of holistic, healthy living, guests to the resort were taught the benefits of healthy lifestyle choices. Out of that tradition our sprouted, whole grain breads and bagels were born. Our breads are vegan, kosher, and packaged in biodegradable bags. We do not use any additives, stabilizers, eggs, dairy or genetically modified anything.
