indergarten is the start of school for hundreds of children in the Central Okanagan every year. But this year, the number of new kids entering the system is up substantially and school district officials say all projections point to the numbers continuing to climb over the next five years. With more kids coming in, and fewer leaving at the other end in Grade 12, planners are faced with the problem of where to put the oncoming wave of new, young students.
