When searching for “affordable elegance,” in the Lower Mainland, Brooklyn condominiums is an ideal place to begin, Quantum Properties is advising new buyers to take advantage of the first-time new home buyers bonus. This allows a one-time payment worth up to $10,000 for B.C. residents purchasing their first home. The final date of eligibility for the bonus is March 31, 2013.

She says there will be no new condominium projects completed in Abbotsford until late in 2013 or early 2014 – which may be too late for buyers to qualify for the bonus program.

Brooklyn is nearing completion and will soon have 87 condos available for move-in, with prices ranging from $169,900 up to $299,900 including HST. The target market is “downsizers looking for a lock-and-go lifestyle, and firsttime home buyers,” says Lawry.
