Volunteers are needed for Canada’s largest fastpitch event. Cloverdale Athletic Park is one of the host facilities for the Scotiabank Canadian Open Fastpitch International Championship. More than 80 teams from around the world will compete in Surrey, June 30 to July 9.
Volunteers of any age or background can help. Areas include scorekeeping, security, parking, transportation, tickets and gates, field crew and more. Youth members of Softball BC can also volunteer as official batgirls, allowing them to work closely with elite fastpitch teams throughout the tournament.
