Kiddie Craft & Play Session

Come along and join us for a mixture of stories, craft activities and other fun.

Aimed at children 2 to 4 years.

Parental supervision required.

Sensory Play

Layton Library

Term Time Only

Weekly sessions for you and your pre-school child to enjoy the sensory resources and books we have on offer; make a bit of music with some of our instruments and simply enjoy our library space.

Event most suited to 0 to 3 year olds but all welcome.

Term Time Only

A chance for our older generation to come and interac with some young children from Layton Primary. It could be a chat, a game, a look through our reminiscent boxes or simply read a book together.

Bring yourself and your book, help yourself to a cuppa and sit down to enjoy some quiet reading time with us. A free group, but booking required. Come and join us at Revoe Library for our music mornings. Start your morning off with some energising music to accompany you in your usual visit to the library. It is the library as you know it but with different genres of music playing in the background to make your library experience more enjoyable. It is completely free and no need to book. This also happens alongside our usual Build & Play sessions.

Dubbed “the voice of a community” by Vogue, she's best known for her award winning campaign

Nail Transphobia, her LAMBDA nominated book

To My Trans Sisters and her BBC documentary Transitioning Teens. She will be hosting a talk about her activism and we'll also be creating a community art piece that, once completed, will be displayed at Blackpool Central Library.
