Spring represents rebirth and renewal in both the natural and human cultural expressions. The season is embraced across different cultures, and celebrated with events that mark the beginning of an exciting season. The BLACKMAGiC Newsletter: 11th Issue Published, comes at half-way mark for our business in terms of our business calendar. The business has experienced some ups and downs as it seeks to stay relevant and competitive in our operations. As we commence the second half of the year, we would like to say Happy Spring to all magicians! We are calling you to walk out there with a suave as you make your special contributions to the business. Welcome to The BLACKMAGiC Newsletter: 11th Issue Published. In this issue we are recognising the Women’s Month celebrations across the business. The women’s events are significant in that they serve as a tribute to the courage of trailblazers and ordinary women who challenged systemic oppression and shaped a more equitable society. They also focus attention on persistent issues affecting women, including workplace discrimination, gender-based violence, and equal pay. For our business, we wish all the women magicians to use their strength to rise as they push the business forward – as they say Wathinta abafazi wathinta imbokodo! (you touch a woman, you touch the rock). As we push in the second half of our operations, let us take all continue those small steps that will keep the business ahead. By taking those small but consistent steps, our business will build unstoppable momentum that enables distant goals into manageable daily achievements.
