As I enter the home stretch of my presidency, I find myself reflecting on what an incredible journey it has been. It feels like just yesterday that I joined the Association as an affiliate member representing Mead Lumber—simply hoping to build relationships with our local builders and get a little more involved in the industry I love. I could never have imagined then that those first steps would one day lead me to serve as President of this great organization.
Over the past two years, I’ve had the honor of leading an Association that continues to grow, strengthen, and adapt to the ever-changing needs of our members and our industry. The friendships I’ve built, the lessons I’ve learned, and the experiences I’ve gained through this role have been invaluable—not only to my professional growth but also to me personally.
As my term comes to an end, I am confident that I will be leaving the Association in capable and passionate hands. Our incoming leadership team is full of energy, vision, and dedication, and I have no doubt they will continue to move the Association forward.
To our members—if you haven’t yet taken that step to get involved, I encourage you to do so. Attend an event, join a committee, volunteer, or simply reach out to connect with others in our network. You’ll quickly discover that the more you put into your membership, the more you’ll get out of it. The relationships and opportunities that come from being active in this Association are truly second to none.
Thank you all for your support, trust, and friendship over these past two years. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve as your President.

Dear BHHBA Members,
As I finish my third year as your Executive Vice President, I can’t help but look back in awe at what a whirlwind it has been. When I think about where we started and how far we’ve come, I’m filled with pride and gratitude for this incredible Association and the people who make it what it is.

In just three short years, together we’ve accomplished so much:
1. Grown our membership from 323 members to an amazing 647 and we’re not slowing down!
2 Developed workforce initiatives, including our partnership with the Boys & Girls Club, to help inspire the next generation of builders and trades professionals
3 Launched our first Student Chapter with the Spearfish CTE program, opening doors for students to learn, connect, and find their path in our industry
4 Formed our own 501(c)(3) nonprofit, focused on strengthening our workforce, providing scholarships, and supporting community care projects
5 Introduced exciting new programs and events like our Lunch & Learns and New Member Happy Hours, giving members more opportunities to network, grow, and have fun
6 Hosted the largest Home Show in our history in 2025 a milestone that showcased just how much energy and momentum our association has built
7 And finally, we’ve simply become one of the most exciting and fun groups to be part of I mean hello, helicopter drop!
Each of these achievements represents not just growth, but a stronger, more connected, and more impactful community We should all be incredibly proud of the direction we’re heading
As we look ahead, we’ve got our eyes set on reaching that 700-member milestone and I know we’ll get there So, bring your friends, coworkers, and business partners to an event Invite them to join and see firsthand what makes this Association so special
We are the Association you want to be a part of where business connections turn into friendships, and where involvement turns into impact
Thank you for being part of this amazing journey Here’s to the next chapter of growth, success, and community!
Warm regards,
Rachelle White Executive Vice President

For the past two years, I’ve been a proud member of the Black Hills Home Builders Association and have been serving on the Workforce Committee . Being involved with the BHHBA has had a truly positive impact on my life. It’s given me the opportunity to connect with other professionals who are passionate about strengthening our local trades, share ideas that make a difference, and continue to grow both personally and professionally.
I was born and raised in Rapid City, and the Black Hills have always been home. My parents, Vicki McLain and Terry Stoltz, taught me the importance of hard work, dedication, and integrity—values that continue to guide everything I do, both personally and professionally.

I graduated from Stevens High School in 2004 and went on to earn my Bachelors degree in Applied Science with a focus in Satellite Communications from Mitchell Technical Institute. My background in technical work taught me problem-solving and precision—skills that serve me well in my current role.
When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me outdoors with my twin boys, Dylan and Caden. We love camping, fishing, golfing, and riding four-wheelers through the Hills. I also enjoy anything that lets me take in the beauty of this area we call home.
I joined Superior Siding Inc. in the summer of 2023 and currently lead our gutter division. I take pride in my work and enjoy combining hands-on skill with a focus on quality craftsmanship and customer care. What I enjoy most about Superior Siding Inc., is that we take pride in delivering dependable service, and a personal touch on every project. Whether it’s siding, windows, roofing, or gutters, our team works hard to enhance the look, function, and longevity of homes across the Black Hills. I’m proud to be part of a company that values integrity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction—and grateful for the opportunity to serve this community through both my work and my involvement with the Black Hills Home Builders Association.
