The Blackhawk Foundation is the bridge between the generosity of donors (community supporters, alumni, and businesses) to our students, faculty, and the College by providing resources necessary to make college possible for all. The Foundation Team consists of Lisa Hurda, Director of College Advancement & Foundation, and Lenny Behnke, College Advancement & Foundation Assistant.
The Blackhawk Foundation provides student assistance through scholarships and emergency assistance awards as well as through investment in facilities and resources that enable student success.
The Blackhawk Foundation accepts in-kind donations from area businesses on behalf of the College. In fiscal year 2024, the Foundation accepted $74,596 of in-kind gifts, including necessary technology and supplies for our manufacturing and medical programs of study.
