Dialogue integrates dynamic interviews, AI moderation, deep analysis, and rapid reporting into a seamless end-to-end process, significantly enriching and accelerating insight generation.

A study guide comprising discussion points, questions, probes, and background research is designed.

The guide is sent to an “AI Agent” and a live interview link is created, tested and approved within 2 hours.

The link is distributed to respondents - any number between 20 and 500 - and interviews commence immediately. The only limit to how fast Dialogue can complete the interviews is how quickly the interviewees respond typically, 48 hours is plenty.

Immediately following the completion of the final interview, the AI-powered research tool perfects thousands of words of interview transcriptions, undertakes comprehensive cross-sectional analysis, and prepares a fully-fledged report ready for final touches before release.

The report is proofread and receives some final design touch-ups before being issued to the client.
