A Design Process Yielding Customized Results
The synchronization of BKV Group’s holistic design process with the light gauge steel construction methodology allows for complete MEP integration to construct buildings in a prescribed sequence, with each piece being batched, bundled, and delivered to the site in the order they are needed. The end result develops more modular layouts that takes the CIP and PT out of the picture for mid-rise structures, and the unit transitions between the structural bearing walls and the prescribed openings have built-in flexibility for the floor plans, exterior openings, and façade system.

Early in the design process, we meet with State Health Departments and review the project concept plans to ensure the design and process meets the various states codes and NFPA 101, when required.
