Annual Service Report 2023 - 2024

VISION The aim of IT Wing is to make simple yet profound principles of Rajyoga Meditation ‘accessible’ and ‘applicable’ to IT professionals so that they can lead peaceful and productive lives.

ACHIEVEMENTS Our programs are successful in building a culture of peace and harmony, powered by spirituality among the members and delegates from the industry, who, over the time, have experimented with Rajyoga meditation and used the spiritual tools to excel in their lives.

IT Wing regularly organizes retreats, conferences and other programs, exclusively for IT Professionals, in different parts of the country.

In times when people are facing challenges on emotional, social, and physical levels, spirituality offers unique and effective solutions to today’s problems.

IT Wing employs spiritual tools and principles to create training courses, modules. And regularly organizes conferences, dialogues, trainings and other events at both national and regional levels.

Leadership 2.0 Retreat @ Gyansarovar Empowering the Self

The 3-day inner journey explored the below: How do I stabilize my mind so that I can utilize my brain better?

How do I create an oasis of certainty amidst an ocean of ambiguity?

How do I become worriless ?

How do I increase the awareness of the present to reduce the uncertainty of the future?

How do I nurture a vision for a better me?

‘Empowering the Self’’ Retreat aims to create safe, silent and reflective spaces, in the lap of nature to help you relax, reflect, recharge and become more resilient.

More than 400 IT leaders have taken benefit from the retreat.

Wellness program @ Chennai Disconnect to Reconnect

‘Disconnect to Reconnect’ a half day event organised by Brahma Kumaris Adyar, Chennai provided tech professionals with a rejuvenating escape. Through yoga, meditation, and insightful workshops, attendees explored digital wellness, work-life balance, and stress management.

Sister BK Muthumani graced the event with her presence and blessed the gathering. The event addressed the tech community about values and inner peace. 120+ IT professionals are benefited.

National Conference @ Shantivan Inner Resilience

The highly anticipated IT Wing Conference on "Inner Resilience" was organised during 01 - 05 September, 2023 in Conference Hall, Shantivan, Abu and witnessed the convergence of more than 1000 IT professionals.

The Inner Technology Conference was organised under the guidance of BK Dr. Nirmala (Chairperson, IT Wing) and the Guests: Mr. Abhay Tiwari (Regional Director, Microsoft Ltd., Hyderabad) & Ms. Prabha ji (Director, Dept. of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, New Delhi) graced the event with their presence.

Experimental Workshop @ Pune

Offline Sessions, "Digital Wellness & Sleep Hygine" and "Cultivating gratitude and joy" etc. were organized at Pune.

More than 380 IT professionals discovered the power of mindfulness to create a positive mindset and embraced the joy of new beginnings with this empowering experience.

Residential bhatti @ ORC, Delhi Karmyog se Karmateet

This bhatti was attended by about 150 life members from 10+ states.

The bhatti included classes by Asha Didi, Brij Mohan bhai ji, Panel with Aruna Ladva didi, Jasu didi, Dave bhai of Boston. There were many creative meditation sessions in which the members experienced depth of swamaan, loveleen sthiti, dehi abhimani sthiti, atmic drishti. BK Yashwant, HQ IT Wing Coordinator also joined the bhatti along with members of the IT Team.

Overall, the participants who were IT Professionals experienced a refreshing break, understood and practiced Karmayoga, deeply experienced the different stages of Yoga and felt empowered to make efforts to become karmateet. And more than 400 online sessions were conducted in 170+ companies.

Online Webinar @ Bhubaneswar Overcoming Mental Stress

More than 8 Online Sessions were organized by Brahma Kumaris IT Wing Bhubaneswar.

Numerous distinguished speakers motivated attendees by setting up engaging classes, Q&A sessions, etc. More than 30% of new Professionals expressed interest in taking part. More than 3000 IT specialists have utilized this benefit altogether.

Awareness Session @ Kolkata Digital Wellness

The awareness session conducted by BK Bala kishore at Brahma Kumaris, Kolkata Bangur on "how our mind can attain mastery over digital gadgets".

100 people attended the program as well as 100 more were attending online. The session was very interactive where youngsters asked practical questions. It was concluded by a meditation experience by BK Asmita.

IT professionals practicing Rajayoga meditation were made aware of how indiscriminate use of Digital technologies is becoming TOXIC to our body, mind, brain and life.

Residential Retreat @ ORC, Delhi Experience, Energize & Empower

This retreat was attended by about 450 participants.

The retreat included classes by Asha Didi, BK Brij Mohan Bhai, Ken bhai, Shivani behn, Khyati behn and Vidhatri behn. There were many creative meditation sessions conducted by Aruna Ladva behn and others, which gave the participants an opportunity to explore their inner reservoir of peace and power, which in turn will enable solution oriented thinking, stress free living sensitivity towards the feelings of the self and others, enhancing efficiency of work and interpersonal relationships. BK Yashwant, HQ IT Wing Coordinator also joined the retreat.

The retreat received support from CIOs of India which has also sent a delegation of the same.

Self-care retreat @ Bangalore Soul Spa - Rejuvenate Your Mind & Spirit!

A 2 day residential “Self-care” retreat to de-stress and regenerate yourself was organized. The Retreat helped more than 150 participants to not only experience some precious 'me time', but also delve deeply into a soul conscious way of being.

Soul Spa revealed: How to calm the mind How to make the right choices How to gain control of your life How to be in Soul Awareness and get to the root of our problems.

The retreat has provided methods that are surprisingly simple but remarkably powerful.
