The retreats/events give IT professionals the "Applied Spiritual Skills" they need to not simply survive but thrive in the modern world.

ABOUT US

VISION The aim of IT Wing is to make simple yet profound principles of Rajyoga Meditation ‘accessible’ & ‘applicable’ to IT professionals so that they can lead peaceful and productive lives.

ACHIEVEMENTS Our programs are successful in building a culture of peace and harmony, powered by spirituality among the members and delegates from the industry, who, over the time, have experimented with Rajyoga meditation and used the spiritual tools to excel in their lives.

Inner Technology National Conference

Introspect - Innovate - Integrate This program was held during Sept. 2–6, 2022, at Global Auditorium, Manmohinivan Complex. The event was embraced by the presence of more than 850 IT professionals.

The program began with a warm welcome for our respected guests and then the exchange of Spiritual views by honorable dignitaries followed by candle lighting was carried out.

Bro. Mr. Manjunath, Head, Wellbeing Business & Products, TCS, spoke about his own experiences, including how selfanalysis helped him grow as a person and how it helped him to start "Yoga Certification Courses at TCS".

Sis. Chetna, President, ElCamino Technologies Pvt. Ltd., successfully captivated the audience with the theme's potent idea, "Introspection: The Journey Within".

Emerging sessions were conducted by eminent speakers: Bro. BK Suraj, Sis. BK Aruna Ladva, Sis. Shivani, Sis. Shreya, and Bro. Bala Kishore.

The conference was concluded by the valedictory session conducted by Sis. BK Madhu, National Coordinator, BK Yashwant, HQ-Coordinator, and BK Varsha, Facilitator, IT Wing.

Community Service @ North India

Community Service "Inner Peace Through Inner Technology" has been initiated in North India, Delhi. 65+ online sessions to manage stress on various topics have been arranged for 140+ different organizations worldwide. It has served 30,400+ IT Professionals.

Served organizations are LG Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Noida Wipro Ltd., and Gurgaon Reliance Jio Infocom Ltd., Mumbai-based L&T Infotech, Delhi-based Cognizant Technology Solutions, Infogain India Pvt Ltd Noida etc.

Many eminent speakers shared their views and motivated the participants.

Community Service @ Delhi

Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav

Under the theme - Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, community service "Inner Peace Through Inner Technology" has been launched in North India.

For more than 10 different organizations globally, 8 offline sessions to manage stress on diverse topics have been scheduled. 2,400+ IT professionals have taken advantage.

Spiritual empowerment for Kindness & compassion The program was held on Dec. 25, 2022 at Brahma Kumaris Sector 11 C, Faridabad.

It has served 80+ IT professionals. BK Munni Didi, BK Radheshyam, & BK Hemlata blessed the event.

Debugging the Mind BK Renu, BK Ekta Chalageri & BK Sonika held 4 offline sessions on July 28, Aug 3, & Oct 17, 2022 at Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management Research (BVIMR), Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.

Other Topics like Saying No To Stress, Overcoming Overthinking etc. were also covered.

Mental Health @ Workplace Say No to Burnout A program was organized by IT Wing Noida @ Om Shanti Bhawan Sector 48 Noida on 2nd Oct 2022. The session was attended by nearly 100 working professionals, and was conducted by BK Hitesh Bhai, followed by talk show of live Q&A with BK Rama Didi & BK Richa Didi.

Wellness Program @ Bangalore

The Wisdom of Love A beautiful session "The Wisdom of Love" was organized at Accenture Operations.

Sister BK Sapna shared the wisdom of Love to all participants of the session.

Our Mental Wellness impacts us in more ways than one. It also impacts those near and dear to us. Our physics wellness, emotional wellbeing relationships and work productivity are some of the aspects that directly reflect our state of mental wellbeing. Sis. BK Gopi Patel motivated the participants of the session by her inspirational talk.

Sis BK Chaya explained the ways to improve our Mental Wellness in the session "Mental Wellness: A mindful Conversation".

Many Wellness programs were organized @ Bangalore by eminent speakers, 12+ sessions have been arranged & 5150+ beneficiaries have attended.

Yog se Siddhi - Bhatti Magical sustenance Bhatti - Yog se Siddhi was organised for BK IT Professionals Brahma Kumaris, Jakkur.

Many participants have taken the sustenance by eminent speakers.

Online Workshops @ Pune

Online workshops on Dealing with Uncertainty, Overcoming Overthinking, Self-Love, and Overcoming Circumstances were organized. More than 200 participants have taken advantage from the event.

Workshop on Dealing with Uncertainty for IT Corporate Sister BK Sarita explained how to deal with uncertainty. As we know, in current times, when life is uncertain and with constant changes and the unknown future comes anxiety and fear and stress. This workshop explored how best we can deal with the uncertainty.

Overcoming Circumstances Overcoming circumstances or obstacles is a part of life. You can't control which circumstances you will face or when they will happen. However, you can control how you respond. BK Datta who is a mental wellness coach, took the participants through the workshop.

Offline Sessions, "Positive Vibes and Positive Lives", "Overcoming Overthinking," etc. were organized. More than 180 participants were benefited from the sessions.

International Yoga Day The event "International Yoga Day" under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav was organised by Brahma Kumaris, Pune, Pimpri at Syncron IT Company Hinjewadi Pune & Bangalore.

More than 70 participants are benefited from this event.

Online Webinars @ Hyderabad

More than 7 Online Webinars have been organised by Brahma Kumaris, Hyderabad.

Many National and International speakers have motivated participants by their talks.

1000+ participants are benefited from the sessions.

The Science of Meditation Sister BK Sumalatha (Hyderabad) spoke about "The Science of Meditation".

Meditation is a tool to get away from the day to day stress & it brings inner peace.

The session discussed about how meditation changes our mind, brain & body.

7 Steps to Enhance Self Esteem "7 Steps to Enhance Self Esteem" was organised exclusively for IT Professionals during 11th Anniversary of SIT Retreat.

Sister BK Meera Nagananda shared her views.

On 11th Anniversary Launching of SiT Website was done by Shri. Jayesh Ranjan, Principal secretary of IT Dept and Sis. BK Kuldeep, Director of Brahma Kumaris, Shanti Sarovar, Hyderabad.

Offline Events @ Bhubaneswar

"Social Distraction" session at Girl's Hostel of Silicon Institute, "Joyful Living" session at Utkal University, "Stress Management through Lifestyle Modification" session at Srusti Academy and "Work Life Balance and Stress Management" at Silicon Institute, Bhubaneshwar, were organized.

Sister BK Savitha facilitated the sessions. 420+ participants have taken benefit from the above sessions.

Soul Imaging Technology (SIT) The program's objective was to create a safe space to introspect, share, and develop a new self (soul) image with powerful spiritual radiations.

The attendees went through a reflection exercise with Dr. Sunita Didi. Participants discussed their experiences with their self-image while proving themselves with a fixed mind-set and when re-imagining themselves by developing themselves with a development mind-set after the introspection.

Some of the inspirations that defined the original/improved self-image.

- ‘Facing a situation/challenging time with anger/irritation’ to ‘Accepting the situation/challenging time and stay positive and move on with life’.

- ‘Living with weakness (example short tempered) and dealing with situation’ to ‘Realise the weakness and face the situation with calmness and work on improving the same’.

Online Webinars @ Bhubaneswar More than 20 Online Webinars were organized by Brahma Kumaris Bhubaneswar.

Numerous distinguished speakers motivated attendees by setting up engaging classes, Q&A sessions, etc.

Almost 30% of recent Professionals expressed interest in taking part. More than 12,000 IT specialists have utilized this benefit altogether.

Secret of Happiness Everyone desires happiness. One of history's greatest conundrums has been the search of happiness. In this session, the deeper aspects of happiness and how to spread it with the globe were explained.

Changing the gears of life Changing the gears should not upset you because you are aware of the secret, which is to first set your mind at peace and let the situation resets itself.

In this session, we explored the deeper aspects of bringing about transformation in our inner world.

Professional Life with Rajyoga Personal Experience The session was hosted by the facilitator by asking specific questions to a set of professionals on how they are practicing Rajyoga, what benefit they have realized, and their tips for all, primarily new to Rajyoga.

Wellness Program @ Tamilnadu

Several IT Programs were organised by Brahma Kumaris, Tamil nadu. Many participants have attended the programs.

Freedom Amidst Technological Development The program was organised under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and facilitated by Centre Incharge BK Balasundaram and Senior brother BK Ramaraj. More than 40 participants have taken benefit from it.

Digital Detox (Digital India to Divine India) The program was organised to bring awareness for students to refrain from using electronic gadgets and the side effects of it at Karumaariamman temple, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Bro. BK Shankar facilitated the event. 50+ participants have taken benefit from the event.

IT Bhatti @ Mansarovar, Abu Road BK IT Yog Bhatti IT Wing's Yog Bhatti was organised for BK IT Professionals at Brahma Kumaris, Mansarovar, Abu Road. Dr. Nirmala Didi gave her blessings for the event.

Some of the senior motivational BK Sisters & Brothers conducted Meditation sessions with guided commentaries. Many BK IT Professionals received the beautiful sustenance and rejuvenation.
