MAKE A HEALING APPOINTMENT WITH SELF 14 DEC 19 - Taking the Healing Appointment with Self is sitting with ourselves, talking with ourselves and reconnecting with our inner core where we recognize that these weakness have been acquired, but our true and innate nature is goodness and divinity.

I got an opportunity to discuss Digital Detoxification with more than 150 young minds pursuing their graduation at BMCC College, one of the most reputed autonomous colleges in Pune.

I shared the toxic effects of mobile phones when those are not used wisely. The students were engrossed in listening and understanding the “DIGITAL” formula for digital detoxification.

Brother BK Bala Kishore said that cleanliness is a part of wellness. Apart from keeping our body clean, as far as possible the mind also should be kept free of junk thoughts, so that we are light inside also.

Everyone uses mobile. But our lifestyle must be monitored in such a way that we use it only when we need it.

Otherwise our brain will get automatically trained to control our thought process.

SANKALP SE SIDDHI 19 Apr 2019 I GYAN SAROVAR The conference saw many spiritual experts and eminent members of the industry leading to enlightening discussions and impactful outcomes.

Chief guest Anubhav Tiwari, president at Jet Synthesys Pvt. Ltd. shared the importance of Spirituality in IT. Dr. Nirmala didi shared thoughts, Spending time for self is having the same importance as spending time for your professional progress. Learn the art of managing time, finding time in emerging the inner imperishable treasures of joy, love, peace.

BK Shivani addressed the IT enthusiasts on the topic Sankalp se Siddhi. She explained about how to shift from reactive reply to a creative conscious response.

Brother BK Bala Kishore shared the effects of thoughts on the body by explaining the Placebo and Nocebo Effect of thoughts in curing human diseases.

Brother BK Suraj said, Use this positive affirmations everyday, My health and relationships are perfect.

Theme for the retreat was chosen as “Inward, Upward & Onwards". Identifying and acknowledging the leader in self (Inward), how to access unlimited power from the source (upward) and most importantly how to sustain these learnings in outerworld (onwards).

While doing even the mundane tasks of the day if our mind is happy and peaceful, we are fulfilling our higher purpose to radiate those vibrations into the world.

It is often our emotions that describe our personality and through emotions we maintain our relationships.

There are certain instances in life where overpowering emotions put an adverse effect in our interpersonal relationships with friends, family, colleagues and other individuals. Emotional Intelligence is an act of handling problems of daily life wisely.

The event was held at C-DAC (Center for Development of Advance Computing) Amphitheatre, Trivandrum.

More then 70 IT professionals from various companies actively participated in the program held inside the Techno Park.

The event was to serve IT professionals who are a constantly 'over-stimulated' & ‘digitally-distracted’ group.

It was a wonderful evening that started with lamp lighting. Sister BK Aruna Ladva briefed the gathering about ‘thoughts & staying in the present’, deriving the benefits of meditation by making it a practice and keep the inner self calm & fit. Finally, there was a Q&A session.

BK Yogesh Sharda (Workshop Facilitator) conducted a 2 hour session on topic "Art of Relaxation and Problem Solving through Meditation" at Club House, Sapphire Park in Pune. And "Life is not happening to you, Life is responding to you" at Cosmos Club House 2, Magarpatta City, Pune.

Brother explained, It is the age of transformation.

Change is everywhere. In order to pass through the time well, the process of change must be understood, and to know how much this might cost.

Our personal transformation not only benefits us or people around us, it influences the world. We need to be good transformation agents by having complete control over our inner world, and thereby influencing a positive shift in ourselves, our relationships and our environment.
