NICOLE Saenz

Director, was born and raised in Southern California but moved to Fulshear, Texas with her husband in 2009. She’s been married to her best friend, Mark Saenz for eight years and is a mother to six year old twins Daniella and Gunner, an eighteen year old son Seth and 2 bonus children Niko and Christine. Nicole began competing in pageants at the age of nine, and has held over 80 titles during her pageant career, including Teen Miss California and most recently, Miss Inland Empire 2008. She also serves as the Director of the Miss Fulshear Beauty Pageant, a title held since 2009. Today, Nicole and her husband oversee their CCTV and Christmas lighting family businesses. In addition, she is an active community volunteer for Fulshear. Nicole enjoys country music, dancing, volunteer work, directing pageants and spending time with her family and friends. Nicole is honored to be the new director for USA National Miss Texas.

VICTORIA Mendoza

Emcee, is a personal development and pageat coach, model, actress, pageant director and former Miss World America from Phoenix, Arizona. She recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism.

With over twelve years of experience in the world of pageantry, Victoria has had the honor of representing her home state of Arizona, as well her country at the most prestigious pageant in the world. She was crowned Miss World America in Washington, D.C. in 2015, and from there went on to compete internationally at Miss World in China, and placed in the Top 20 in the world.

In 2015 Victoria founded VM Consulting, and now serves as a pageant coach, judge, host and most recently, a director for USA National Miss Arizona. Victoria loves being able to use the experience and knowledge she’s gained through pageantry to guide others.

Beyond her work in the pageant world, Victoria’s mission is to empower women on their path to their dreams. Her work focuses on public speaking skills, interview skills, modeling technique and professional branding and styling. She seeks to give women the tools they need to succeed in any career field.

Victoria also has a heart for service and volunteers over 200 hours annually to various causes. Her service projects have taken her from Haiti, to China, Mexico and all over the United States. She hopes that her philanthropic efforts will be part of the legacy she someday leaves behind.

LAYILAH Nasser

Overall Judge, is a 23 year old graduate of Spelman College. During her time in Atlanta, she was crowned as UNM Miss Southern States 2016. She took her crown internationally as she traveled to 15 different countries while conducting research and living in Europe. Upon her arrival back to the states, she captured the national title of USA NATIONAL MISS 2016. Layilah currently resides in Austin, Texas where she works as a recruiter for Software Engineer Interns at Google. She also runs her own business entitled Corporate Pup, which is a dog sitting business serving some of the biggest technology corporations in the world.

ANN MARIE Reigrut

Overall Judge, In addition to being a loving wife and dedicated mother of two, has earned two Master's degrees, serves as an officer in the United States Coast Guard Reserves, volunteers with the USO, Junior League of The Woodlands, and serves as a Girl Scout Troop Leader. She is currently working on building her own non-profit organization, Project Purple Phoenix, to educate others about the prevalence and impact of emotional abuse as part of the relationship/domestic abuse cycle. As an advocate for emotional abuse, she will share her own story in hopes to inspire others to take a stand against domestic violence, in all its forms. Additionally, Ann Marie is working on her first children's book. She wishes her legacy to be one of impact, and to touch as many lives for the better with the class and dignity that has been instilled in her. Ann Marie wants to showcase that: “From steel-toe boots to stilettos—it’s not the shoes that define her, but the strong woman who is wearing them”.

SHANNON Dresser

Overall Judge, earned a full scholarship to the University of Hawaii as the Featured Twirler. Shannon was a member of the Dean’s List every year and a scholar athlete in Track and Cross Country. In 2009, she earned her B.A. in Sociology with a Minor in Speech, and in 2010 she earned her Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution. Through pageantry, Shannon earned a scholarship for her Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership. After spending 10 years in Hawaii and 4 ½ years as a Honolulu Police Officer, Shannon and her husband moved to Katy Texas. Shannon has been a Katy ISD Police Officer for over 3 years and is one of the Canine Handlers for her department. Shannon and her husband Chance love to say that they have a family of 5, the two of them, their 10 year old daughter Lily Ann, their 5 year old Chocolate Lab Aurora Marie and of course Shannon’s German Shepard K9 Cruz.

In October, Shannon was crowned United States of America Mrs. Texas and will be representing the Lone Star State in February at the National Competition in Las Vegas, NV.

WHITNEY Montgomery

Overall Judge, Mrs Us Galaxy 2018 and former Mrs Texas Galaxy 2017, Mrs Texas International 2014, is a board certified Physician Assistant who has specialized in Neurology for the past 19 years. She grew up in The Woodlands, Texas area where she still resides. She and her husband, Seth, have been married for over 17 years and have 3 children. They adopted their son through the foster care system and she continues to focus on being a voice for foster children in her community as a CASA volunteer. She enjoys writing as social editor for The Woodlands Lifestyles and Homes magazine. She loves painting, dancing, and educating others on health and wellness. She is an International Ambassador for We See Abilities and Macy’s Miracles and focuses on serving others as a way to spread contagious positivity.

MINNIE Cortez

Swing and Optionals Judge. Minnie moved to San Antonio in March of 2018 from Oxford, Mississippi. While in Mississippi, Minnie conducted Pageant Interview Coaching across Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama. Her daughter, Andrea Hightower, was crownedMiss Mississippi Teen USA 2015, and Miss Mississippi World America 2017, where she was 4th runner up. Andrea is the youngest contestant, at age 18, to place in the Top 5. Recently Andrea competed for the title of Miss Collegiate America 2018 as Miss Mississippi Collegiate America 2018. She was awarded the Best Interview and Best Evening Gown.

CARLY Moran

Swing and Optionals Judge, n is an 18 year old graduate of Magnolia West High School who began her journey in pageantry at the age of 15. Winning her first title on her 10th time competing she’s now the reigning Miss Tropics of Texas Teen USA. Best known for her blog “Road To Miss Texas USA. com”, she promotes her platform, “Create Your Own Success.” The platform’s mission statement is that, “Success is not about reaching the top, but how far you ran to get there.” Since being crowned last summer, she started her non profit called, “Scents4Seatbelts” where she’s making and selling aroma bead car fresheners to donate proceeds to the Kailee Mills Foundation. Founded by Kailee’s parents, they hope to use her story to remind others the importance of seat belt safety and to always buckle up. Carly is also a former dancer of 14 years and is now a hopeful member of the Houston Texans Cheerleaders and will try out for the squad this spring.

REGAN Thompson

Regan Thompson has been the owner of F.I.T.by Regan LLC for 12 years. She personally trains clients in their homes, teaching them to live a healthier, happier lifestyle. Regan lives in Kingwood, TX with her Husband Corey Thompson who is the CIO of Pacific Drilling. Together they stay busy raising their five children ages ranging from 14-21. Regan was 2nd runner up in the Mrs. Texas United States pageant 2016, as well as, in the Mrs. Texas United States of America pageant in 2018 . She is an elite marathon runner who strives to inspire people to become active. She recently completed her second 100- mile ultra-marathon to raise funds and awareness for Pediatric Cancer patients and families. She is currently training to qualify for the Boston Marathon. Additionally, Regan owns a dance team; MECKKA Dance Project which is starting it’s third season. The team took home the title of National Grand Champions in both 2017 and 2018. Regan enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in her community, hosting events and doing anything physical.

TAMMYLee

Optionals Judge, mother of three and a Woodlands resident is also a former Mrs. Texas America 1997 and Mrs. America finalist. After not competing since 1997, her husband encouraged her to get back on that stage and give it a try. Tammy competed in the 2013 Mrs. Texas United States pageant and took 3rd runner up. While continuing to try and break the stigma of women over 40 not being competitive, competed again in 2018 in the Texas America pageant finishing 8th and top 3 for Photogenic and the United States of America Pageant finishing 1st runner up and Photogenic winner. After beating breast cancer in 2015, Tammy has been working along side her husband to help him grow his business, Euroworld Motorsports. She currently handles all of the Promotions for the business and she will try her luck in another pageant this coming May.
