Is your business new construction? You can find the ZCP form at bixbyok.gov/documentcenter. You’ll submit the form, with a $50 fee to the city planner’s office.
Life Safety Inspection
Schedule a life safety inspection with the Fire Marshal and pay a $50 fee. Reach the marshal at firemarshal@bixbyok.gov or (918) 366-4430.
Submit your Zoning Clearance
Permit and Life Safety inspection letter, along with a $25 buisness license fee, to the City Clerk. Applicant will receive license upon approval.
