PRIORITES AND GOALS ACCESS & FINANCIAL HEALTH The primary financial focuses of Bishop Manogue are to promote fiscal responsibility, long-term fiscal resilience, and to ensure that money is not a barrier for families when accessing faith-based education and the Bishop Manogue institution. GOALS 1. Establish a tuition model that provides access to students who lack the financial means to attend. 2. Develop the financial means to continually pursue and implement educational best practices consistent with the school’s vision and mission. 3. Develop and support policies, procedures, and practices that ensure the long-term fiscal resiliency of the institution.
EDUCATION & IMPACT As a college-preparatory institution, Bishop Manogue sets the standard for Catholic education through superior academics and inspiring programs that allow its students to be highly desired and sought after by colleges and employers. GOALS 1. Be the model for academics in a Catholic school. 2. Be the model for Catholic education, putting faith into action.
MISSION & CULTURE The Bishop Manogue mission offers a school culture where all persons will be immediately immersed in the faith, community, and values that permeate throughout the Bishop Manogue campus among its students, staff, faculty, and supporters. GOALS 1. Provide students with an opportunity to learn and grow in virtue, creating an environment that will allow them to become people of impact in their community and beyond. 2. Maintain the core values of faith, knowledge, leadership, and compassion that are the backbone of Bishop Manogue's unique culture.
QUALITY Prioritizing quality is paramount. It serves as the foundation of the Bishop Manogue strategic plan, guaranteeing that all strategies, goals, and tactics are designed with innovation, impact, and intention. Quality is a continuous endeavor that necessitates constant monitoring, refinement, and adaptation ensuring that Bishop Manogue is ranked among the top high schools in the country. GOALS 1. Ensure all school/organizational initiatives are developed with innovation and executed with the intention to make meaningful impacts worthy of significant investment. 2. Establish exemplary quality at every level of the institution and institute a continuous improvement policy. 3. Establish an analytical feedback framework to evaluate the impact of investments and continually improve and realign with Bishop Manogue’s mission, vision, and educational needs. 4. Upgrade and modernize Bishop Manogue’s physical campus to create state-of-the-art facilities that provide an optimal learning environment for students, a conducive working environment for faculty and staff, and that positions Bishop Manogue as the epitome of educational excellence.
