HERE’S HOW I CAN HELP
My self-published book entitled, “My Heart, My Self – A Heartfelt Guide For Women Who Do Too Much” is based on real-life situations. At the time, I was struggling with my ego and fear of rejection in the workplace—and the challenge of being a perfect wife and mother at home. I didn’t feel like I was enough in any area of my life, however, I was determined to balance it all. As a professional journalist, I had always planned on telling my story. In fact, I had been drafting a manuscript on my two-hour commute to work every day for years. After my heart surgery, I knew it was time to finish my book once and for all.

Ultimately, I believe my heart attack is what saved me from me. If you want to learn more about my story, self-care tips, and practical ways to slow down, visit www.redlilylife.com. I also learned the importance of good, clean supplements that support heart health for women, so I worked with a top research and development team to create RedLily® Wellness and my first product, HEART HEALTH SUPPORT for women. I understand that no one is exempt from heart failure at any age, and the only thing you can do is look after yourself inside and out.
RedLily’s Heart Health Support helps promote healthy blood pressure, and improved circulation for women’s overall health. Remember, an efficient heart and circulatory system can improve health and well-being, so you can get the most out of life. Increased blood flow helps provide oxygen and nutrients to all areas of the body and decreases stress on the heart—that’s why combined with regular exercise and a balanced diet, RedLily’s Heart Health Support is an all-natural option for women’s health.

Believe me when I say that over the past eight years, I’ve learned that no one is exempt from heart issues. Today, I use my book as an education tool on the overall risks of stress; which includes practical tips to slow down. When people ask me why I want to tell my story in such a public manner, I tell them it’s because I want to save lives. Not in the literal sense like doctors, nurses, paramedics, or fire fighters, of course. I do, however, feel that we all go through things that may seem irrelevant at the time, but in the long run can make a bigger impact than you ever realized.
I believe if we’ve gone through something traumatic, the very act of releasing the tremendous guilt and heaviness of it all can become a vital part of the recovery process. In other words, if we want to fully heal we have to learn how to deal—and we can only “deal” by learning from our experience. And for me that’s sharing my story with the hope of helping others avoid the same problems or make the same mistakes.
