Lead Time

To make things super simple we look after your delivery for you; same day, worldwide or named day. We can also manage the whole mailing process on your behalf. Just let us know.

We ask for 10 working days to make your order but if you need something sooner we will try to help. Our kitchens get very busy at Christmas so order early to avoid disappointment.

Gift Wrap

We pack all of our beautiful biscuits in gorgeous biscuit packaging which we think is rather special. However, if you want to go that extra-mile this Christmas we also offer a gift wrap service. No need to fight with the cellotape we’ll hand-wrap your presents before they get popped in the post. We have a range of gorgeous Biscuiteers gift wrap for you to choose from, just let us know when placing your order.
