PURPOSE The 2019 Birthright Israel App Contest (the “Contest”) is intended to serve as an opportunity for US alumni of the Taglit-Birthright Israel program to learn more about the new Birthright Israel App (“App”) and win an opportunity to attend “An Evening Tasting Israeli Cuisine,” a SOLD OUT event hosted by Sponsor in partnership with Birthright Israel Excel, set to take place at HaSalon, 735 10th Avenue, New York, NY 10019, on Wednesday, September 25 from 7:00-10:00 PM (the “Event”). PLEASE NOTE THAT SPONSOR IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH HASALON IN ANY WAY AND THAT THE CONTEST IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED OR ENDORSED BY HASALON.
TERM The Contest begins Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 2:00:00 p.m. US Eastern Time and ends Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 4:00:00 p.m. US Eastern Time (the “Contest Term”). ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2019 at 4:00:00 PM US EASTERN TIME. The information contained herein – including how to enter, how to win, and the prizes available – constitutes the official rules that govern this Contest (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Contest, you agree to the Official Rules and warrant that your involvement in the Contest complies with all requirements set out in the Official Rules.
ELIGIBILITY The Contest is open only to United States citizens who: i) are former Taglit-Birthright Israel participants and have completed their Taglit-Birthright Israel program before the Contest Term; ii) have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry; iii) who are not winners of any of the Sponsor’s previous contests; iv) have downloaded the App; and v) who do NOT currently reside in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, the Province of Quebec, Sudan, Syria, or any other country where the delivery of prizes with monetary value will be illegal under those US laws in-effect at the time that the Contest concludes.
