Our first Between the Moons focuses on Dogecoin Vendors. Listen. Selling stuff is hard. I know. I sold Avon door-to-door for quite a few years...
they do all have the traits of a winner - persistence, positive outlook, and a sincere desire to help others. When you combine those assets with the skills you’ll be learning and perfecting in this workbook, you’ll be on your way to making your dreams come true.”
::flashback:: I wrote a check for ten dollars, made it out to “Avon.” My hand jolted a bit, making the “v” look a little like an “n.” Anon. My new district manager slipped it into her leather valise and shook my hand. Her Avon faux emerald and sterling silver ring cut into my flesh, leaving a slight dent in my palm. “You made a great decision, Birdie. Call me if you have questions. And remember the power of three!” I stared at the pile of ten shiny brochures for a long time. The power of three. The power of three. What the heck was that? I already forgot what it meant, forgot that I should talk to three people a day, offer three lipsticks, three chances for another stay-at-home mom to make some money. The blue binder housing the Avon bible contained this information, but it would be days before I would open it. Selling Avon was scarier than bungie jumping, more terrifying than arranging a blind date, as deep-mind challenging as any algebra exam. The first few weeks I didn’t stand on anyone’s front porch with confidence, didn’t wait for my potential customer to answer her door. I dropped a stamped Avon brochure and one fragrance sample on each stoop, pressed the button and ran like hell. Sometimes I hid behind bushes to watch what my neighbors would do. They usually looked right, then left, glanced at my name on the back of the book, then tried to figure out how that strange lady with the two little boys and tie-dye t-shirt could run so fast. I slowly began to read the blue bible. Three brochures a day. Huh. I can do that. Three became six became six hundred. I believed what the bible told me, what the nameless Avon Savior wrote in rounded Arial print: “Our most successful Leadership Representatives don’t necessarily come from a business background - but
- actual quote from page one of my training manual
I remembered the pile of dirty diapers now far behind me, the way I always seemed to wake up on the right side of the bed. I’m persistent, I thought. I have a positive attitude most of the time. I can do this! I thought about what my dreams might be, made a goal list as the bible asked, and added items like “the ability to pay all my bills,” and “help my children through college.” Avon would help me be a successful woman. I just knew it. Avon works the way many other stay-at-home businesses do, through a combination of direct sales and recruiting efforts. You could mix and match your approach to fit your lifestyle. Some representatives simply sell product to friends and family. Others spend long evenings sitting at the local coffee house, meeting one potential downline after another. Avon stressed that either approach was acceptable, but that the real rewards come through building a solid base of hard-working ambitious representatives beneath you, each of whom filled your pockets whenever they sold a lotion or recruited another lotion-seller. I managed to seduce a young mom into forking over ten bucks for the honor of being my first guinea pig. “It’s easy as pie,” I told her. “Just knock on your neighbor’s door and demonstrate some Skin So Soft, okay?” Never mind that I still wasn’t waiting for the doorbell to reverberate before I dove for cover. “Don’t forget the power of three!” I waved goodbye and watched her leave the coffee house hauling her own blue bible. It didn’t take long for me to drop Leadership, to let my district manager know I thought that stealing souls, ten dollars a piece, was a little like those handsome young men in black slacks who knocked on my own door some Saturdays. They handed me literature, too, and tales of the promised land.
Welcome to Between the Moons - the online publication that gives you a generous Dogecoin fix between issues of Very Much Wow !
Somehow I managed to climb the Avon ranks, despite my unorthodox ideas and disdain for their multi-level approach. In a few short months I attained the first rung on Avon’s ladder of success: President’s Club, meaning I cajoled enough folks to hand over a combined total of $10,000 bucks for Avon’s beauty goodies. Avon sent me a ceramic statue of Mrs. Albee, the first Avon Lady, as their kind thanks. I doubled my President’s Club efforts and reached Honor Society. Avon sent me a pearlesque necklace with a generic engraved motto and faux diamonds. I scratched and clawed, sold Avon to a woman with a pet monkey, a naked old gardener, a group of middle-aged men at a bowling alley anyone willing to sit through my spiel, anyone with an extended hand, anyone who looked like they needed a friend. Most of the time I gave away more samples than I should, handed free product to women who needed a burst of kindness, someone, anyone to notice them. I needed friends, too. I needed that lifestyle of contentment, of rest that Avon told me I would eventually earn. If you could peel the skin from my flesh, if you could carve the chunk of brain from my skull that houses sales memory, you would touch the surface I slathered with a million products, you would know the way I began to see my customers as something beyond big purses of greenback joy. I learned to speak more Spanish than I ever thought I could, danced with my customer’s wildest teenage children, stood at the stoves of a hundred women while they poured water in pots, while they picked the chicken from bones of sadness, of a world so damn unfair. Avon became something different than a blue bible of Do’s and Don’ts, a shiny cover with business-suited lovelies hauling sleek cases of beauty. I wasn’t that woman, wasn’t anything like the woman Avon said I could become. I wasn’t that woman. I was just a woman like a million other Avon Representatives, just a woman with kids and bills and pets and a mountain of things undone, things that would never get done, not in a billion years. The undone. The undone. I remembered the day I signed on to sell Avon, the day I wrote “Anon.” Anonymous. That was me. If Dogecoin had been in existence when I sold
Avon, I would have been all over that! I would have sold my customers on beauty and cryptocurrency. I know that our wonderful, beautiful, sexy, strange Doge vendors dance around customers, make sure that they deliver the goods. If you think selling things in the Real World is tough - imagine selling things in the Real World for a Digital World Currency. Our Dogecoin vendors are explorers as brave and insane as the first astronauts. If we make it to the Moon - every Doge lover’s dream - it will be because of Dogecoin vendors. They give Dogecoin a reason to exist. Please buy something on May 4th, May 5th, May 6th... your moon journey depends on it.
DISCOUNTS 4 DOGE Day
Matt Peoples moderates the Dogecoin Vendors forum at reddit.com. He started a new annual initiative - Discounts4Doge Day. Every May 4th, Dogecoin vendors will offer special discounts and surprises for customers using Dogecoin. Matt is awesome. He loves Dogecoin vendors, and he loves birds! BtM: How did you come up with Discounts4Doge Day? MP: I came up with it a while back. I thought of doing a community fundraiser for the Doge vendors, but couldn’t figure out a way to keep scammers away. I noticed that our vendors were already offering discount codes for various things. I figured it would be a great initiative. Why not invite customers to use Dogecoin and get a great discount? Between the discounts and the built-in lower transaction fees, stuff is cheaper when you buy with Dogecoin! BtM: How did you get interested in Dogecoin? MP: I’ve been mining since December 22, 2013. I was browsing Reddit and found someone using the Dogetipbot. I clicked over to the sub and here I am! I became a moderator of Dogevendors a few weeks ago. It’s been interesting.
BtM: What do you love the most about the Dogecoin community? MP: The Doge community is the friendliest place on the internet! People are really enthusiastic. A lot of people donate incredible amounts of time, and they aren’t expecting to get paid. Most of the community consists of volunteers. People are so willing to donate their Dogecoins and their time to charity causes. BtM: What’s next for /r/Dogevendors?
BtM: Why May 4th? MP: I was thinking about the NASCAR race at first, but then someone mentioned that it could be permanent thing that would shave off credit card fees. If the discount were just a couple percent, that would just be a powerful message! BtM: What unusual things can you by with Dogecoin? MP: You can buy a Reddit Bot! I have the Gold Stats Bot - it counts the number of Reddit Gold gifts each day. I bought a Doge keychain. You can buy servers and server time. I’ve seen at least two offers for server space in exchange for for Doge and their prices are much less expensive than what you would normally see out there.
MP: Dogevendors is the best place! We are putting together a mailing list so that vendors can advertise their wares. We’re working on getting a logo together that will be awarded to vendors for good practices and for offering Dogecoin discounts.

The recent trend of adding a doge to popular casual games continues with DogeTile, by DogeGames. DogeTile is a replication of the trending game Don’t Tap the White Tile, by Umoni, but designed to appeal to a more shibe audience. As of writing, DogeTile is available for free on Android mobile devices, with a planned iOS release at a later date. There are three different modes of play available in DogeTile: Time Attack, Endurance, and Arcade. In all three game modes, play consists of a game board with four columns that will contain a mix of empty white tiles, and yellow tiles with Dogecoin logos on them. The objective is always to tap the column that contains the yellow Doge tile nearest the bottom of the screen. The game board will scroll upward to reveal new tiles as the game goes on. Tapping a column with a white tile ends your current run. In Time Attack mode, there is a timer that counts upwards from zero. The board scrolls at the rate at which you tap the tiles; faster tapping means the game moves quicker as well. The game ends when either a white tile is touched, or you tap 50 yellow Dogecoin tiles. The objective is to reach the 50th tile in the fastest time possible. When you tap your 50th yellow tile, you reach a cluster of moon-textured tiles at the top. Reaching the moon is a nice little addition I enjoyed. Endurance mode is somewhat the opposite of time attack, in that you start with a timer set to 12 seconds that counts down. Your goal is to tap as many yellow tiles in that time as possible. The board once again scrolls upwards once the lowest yellow tile has been tapped. This mode fundamentally has the same overall gameplay feel as time attack. The final option is Arcade mode, which has a slightly different pace than the other two. Instead of the board moving upwards in time with your taps, the board progresses at a preset pace and you are charged with tapping the yellow tiles before they scroll off of the screen. If a yellow tile scrolls off of the screen or you tap a white tile, you lose. This mode can theoretically last forever, but as you progress further along, the

scrolling speed automatically increases to raise the difficulty. The number of correct tiles you tap before making a mistake are recorded and used as your score. This is my personal favorite of the three game modes and feels the most engaging to me. Unfortunately, overall the game is lacking in several key areas. The major issue is the lack of true depth to the gameplay. Time Attack and Endurance feel and play almost identically, and the slight variation in tempo that Arcade offers isn’t enough to save it from being too similar as well. The main mechanic is extremely simple and doesn’t leave a lot of room for expansion or design. This is true of both the original Don’t Tap the White Tile, and DogeTile. That being said, Don’t Tap the White Tile does offer two additional game modes, although I also found those to be mostly indistinguishable from each other. Despite featuring Dogecoin and related sound effects, I also found the audio and visuals of DogeTile to be unremarkable. Tapping a correct tile rewards you only with a single tone repeated each time. This could easily have been varied to at least offer several different correct tapping noises to avoid it becoming rather repetitive as you progress. The art of the tiles, menus, and backgrounds all feel unpolished and don’t have an overall feeling of unity. For comparison on these points, Don’t Touch the White Tile has a very unified theme that mimics a piano. Correct tiles are black, while incorrect ones are white. When touching correct tiles, you are rewarded with various piano tones that feel rather musical and flowing. The menus in the original are also smooth and match the black and white piano theme of the gameplay in both style and sound effects. DogeTile is not necessarily a bad game by any means. It is very typical of the quality you will find on mobile app stores right now. If the game were an original concept, then it would be a perfectly reasonable time waster that some people would rather enjoy. The problem primarily is that DogeTile is essentially just a clone of Don’t Tap the
White Tile and doesn’t add enough to improve or distinguish itself in comparison to the original. If you enjoy Don’t Tap the White Tile, DogeTile may be worth a look since it is available to play for free, as is the original. If you have never played either and are interested, I highly recommend downloading both so that you can see for yourself if the addition of the doge theme is enough to overlook the shortcomings otherwise.

titans doing their things on solo tracks, the rest of the crew is left awkwardly elbowing each other over uninventive beats, and impressing no one. Young Money has always been a convenient vehicle to show that Wayne’s ear is still “on the street,” especially when he was in jail and was forced to stand on the shoulders of his proteges - Drake and Minaj. It seems now that there are undeniable cracks in the foundation of this one-time empire.

If you wish 2010 had produced more formulaic rap hits, then this album is for you. You have your club-mix anthem, “Bang,” your earthshaker-car-banger “Senile,” and about three more of each of those in this compilation. Track #8, titled “Fresher Than Ever,” strikes me as an ironic re-hash of the producing The Olympicks did for Rick Ross. The Young Money collective has certainly outgrown its name in this compilation of former ground-breakers like Drake, Minaj, Birdman, and of course Wayne. Sure, there is newcomer Euro, but rest of the support cast are the same old roleplayers. However, there are bright spots. Drake’s “Trophies” stands out, and I can already picture the NBA 2K15 commercial that will inevitably feature it. In fact, Wayne’s track “Moment” showcases the clever honesty that I have always appreciated from his work, and Minaj’s verses in “Lookin a**” hold back nothing from her repertoire. With the three

Released last September, San Fermin isn’t what I would typically call “fresh.” However, the album also happens to be one of my favorites of all time. It stands alone with a unique blend of baroque composition and pop sounds, which is the same reason that it was easy to miss this work last year. San Fermin is the moniker for Ellis LudwigLeone’s first compositional project. The album was composed by Ludwig-Leone with no musicians in mind, giving the album what he calls an “operatic” feel - and I agree. A story of two dueling points of view, San Fermin constantly buries the listener in angst and pent-up desire, only to relieve us with cathartic moments that range from soaring to somber. Of course, this opera is not without its comedy either. The first track, “Renaissance!” is heavy with the brand of depression that accompanies beginning a new, unfamiliar, life. “There’s a mob at the door / I hear them calling for my head,” the male lead laments over a suspenseful composition. He is quickly brushed aside in the

If I had to pick a weakness for this work, it would be that the poppier peaks lead us into valleys of classical composition that leave me feeling sleepy. With enough patience, though, the listener is rewarded as the dissonant sounds of “At Night, True Love” slowly become the nightmarish lullaby of “The Count.” Considering the story San Fermin tells, in addition to the wide variety of instruments and vocalists, I feel that this work is worth a listen for anyone who has an appreciation for art.

Punk (Hardcore)
Comeback Kid - Die Knowing so tip 850 Đ
If you want to see what post-2000 hardcore punk is all about, it is as easy as going to a Comeback Kid show at any venue. Blistering guitar riffs, empowering vocals, and drums that will have you banging on your desk for hours - Comeback Kid’s Die Knowing is a happy listen for those who were introduced to hardcore by the band’s 2005 hit “Wake the Dead.” Designed for ample mosh-pit violence, the title track of Die Knowing plays like a charge into battle, “die knowing you gave nothing less / die knowing it was imminent.” It is common - if not expected - for hardcore groups to deliver empowering pit-anthems on a record, but Die Knowing as an album verges on pandering at certain points (the track “Should Know Better” and its “woah” section, for example). Although, the few moments of expected hardcore tropes are balanced out the by subtle development that Comeback Kid’s sound has
undergone. Die Knowing may be their most intense album yet, but tracks like “Lower the Line” and “Beyond” definitely recall their punkier roots (which is particularly impressive considering the member changes the band has had). This veteran group knows what the crowd came to hear, and Die Knowing delivers just that in a well-produced package.

From my laptop keys to your eyes, I welcome you to our first edition of Between Two Moons ;). I am Taylan and I’ll be your monthly mining columnist here and at Very Much Wow. Now I know all of you shibes wanna get into the mining business and support our superb coin, and I’ll be here along with you to enjoy the ride. Assuming you all have some form of computer whether it be an android device*, laptop*, or desktop. But it’s a bit more difficult than just a click of a button and a snap of the fingers; and that’s why I’ll help you get started mining on whatever device you have today! First off, some of you guys might be wondering “What the doge is mining??”, or “I thought Doge was just a joke??,” or “I’m never gonna get rich” which are all completely understandable questions as we are yet only 4 months old compared to the years of development that Bitcoin and Litecoin have sustained. Dogecoin has been only developing for 4 months since its great creation. Since then, mining has changed and
TIP TAYLAN DMUsme7gJK1L2jALfz8yckXCkTUBW7FBog
grown quite a bit. Since creation, Dogecoin block rewards have changed quite a bit from random rewards from 1-1,000,000 Doge, to fixed mining rewards set at 250,000 and halvening towards 10,000 Doge and onto infinite Doge. Right now is the perfect time to join into the mining scene as manufacturers are beginning to create powerful, efficient scrypt coin miners and the transition of consumers towards scrypt coins for their ease of entrance into the market at a profitable degree. What to Mine Dogecoins With: There are 3 different pieces of hardware that you can possibly use; CPU’s, GPU’s, and the new ASIC’s. The future is near! 1. To mine using your CPU, the most advanced miner is, quite simply named, CPUMiner. This miner will utilize all or some of the cores present on your device to mine at the pool you specify. Be wary though, as CPUMiner requires a little command line knowledge/.bat file operation experience. (about 10-100 kh/s) 2. To mine using your Computer’s GPU or your GPU gaming rig, use either CGMiner or BFGMiner. This miner utilizes the hashing power from the GPU to mine you your Doge. CGMiner and BFGMiner are more user friendly without the need for commandline knowledge and a more simplified setup process than CPUMiner. (about 100-1200 turn page ->
TAYLAN, CONT’D kh/s) 3. To mine using your shiny new ASIC, you use BFGMiner. The miner uses the great power provided by the efficient scrypt mining chips - from 70 kh/s-5200 kh/s. Next, you have to make the decision of where in the wide world of Doge you have to point your new money maker. Some of the largest pools are DogeHouse, Fast-Pool, and HashFaster. Register for an account on the site and look for a tab similar to “Get Started.” There, you will find the command line code to put into your .bat file. Run the .bat file and begin mining Doge! Your mining speed will be measured in units of kh/s. Soon you will see your profits amass on your pool’s wallet. Once you feel that you have enough Doge, you can do a few things with your fresh new coins: 1. Purchase items from online retailers or suchlist.com, a Craigslist for Doge. 2. Cash out to Bitcoins and then back to cash for a fiat profit. 3. Donate to your favorite charitable organization or collaboration of donations. Some of the largest are hosted on reddit. com/r/dogecoin. 4. Tip to others you know or may not know on reddit.com/r/dogecoin as Dogecoin is all about generosity. 5. Hold on for THE MOON! * WARNING be aware that phone cpu’s and laptop processors were not made to sustain constant and heavy calculation load and can possibly permanently damage your system. Be sure to leave me comments and email me at taylan@verymuchwow.com if you ever need any help mining or with Doge in general.
Stephane Bres, the owner of DOGEshop, talks about her online shop at www.dogeeshop.com
Since last summer I wanted to open an Eshop. When I learned about Dogecoin I realised that it was a great opportunity. There is a great Dogecoin community, and I was really motivated to get involved. I wanted to make an option for the people who wanted to use their Dogecoins instead of trading them. That’s why all the Dogecoins that enter my eshop aren’t used in any trading platform. In Dogeshop you can find more than 180 products - from Rubiks cubes and hats, to water cooling radiators and arduino modules. The moon for me means “Lune” because I’m french. Lol, More seriously it means success. What I mean by success is good charity actions such as the Jamaican team or doge4water.org. Those are the little things that make a whole difference from other cryptos.
What kinds of products or services do you offer? Do you have a fun or interesting Dogecoin story related to your business? F.Dominguez , the General Manager of Meltdown Comics and Collectibles, talks about Dogecoin and Comics: When did you start accepting Dogecoin?
We started accepting Dogecoin at Meltdown Comics and Collectibles in April of 2014.
Why?
Well, like any brick and mortar shop, I was looking for ways to trim some of the expenses and attract new customers. Pinguino (www.spelunk.in) a customer and friend approached me about a year ago talking about Bitcoin, at that time I had been hearing about it and was intrigued by the technology. Few months went by with her in my ear about it, I waited a bit and as soon as the Sacramento Kings and Overstock started accepting, I was all in, within a week I had my wallet set up, POS set up and started accepting Bitcoin. Pinguino talked about Doge during that process but I wanted to launch with Bitcoin before taking another crypto on. Bitcoin was a success, new customers, great press but a lack of a community sense. Pinguino approached me again about Dogecoin. Dove into it, checked into the community and was amazed how supportive it was. Felt right to accept it, this time I didn’t wait for another big company to accept, did my research, got set up with Moolah.io for a POS and now we’re loving it.
The day we started accepting Dogecoin, Penguino put together “DogeParty West Coast,” http://goo.gl/ar1J4u, first in Los Angeles. We had it all - from Shiba Inus to mining demos! Shibas running around the store, rockets on Sunset Blvd “TO THE MOON”, live streamed the whole event. All in all it was a fun night for the Dogecoin community and for Meltdown Comics. New faces came thru our doors, new friends made, everyone had a good time. Our merchandise deals mostly with comic books, from Indie Comics to mainstream. We also have cases full of collectibles, apparel, candy, kids books, statues, manga You’d have to come in to take it all in.
Website and/or contact info for our readers? www.meltcomics.com staff@meltcomics.com What does “The Moon” mean to you?
To the moon? E ndless possibilities. On a side note...I remember watching the Honeymooners re-runs as a kid and hearing Ralph say to Alice “One of these days... POW!!! Right in the kisser!” or “BANG, ZOOM! Straight to the moon!” I thought it was the greatest line ever . I do think “One of these days credit card fees, POW!!! Right in the kisser!” or “BANG, ZOOM! Straight to the moon!” and be done with them.

We are a small boutique Mac app company based in the eternally sunny Surfers Paradise, Queensland Australia, Founded by a travelling gypsy street performer. When did you start accepting Dogecoin? Why? My online store accepting Dogecoin around a month ago. I’d been browsing the r/dogecoin/ subreddit for a while and seen the great community spirit over there. I wanted to throw my support right behind it so went all in, bought some coin and set about finding a way to implement a payments system into my store. What does “The Moon” mean to you? Crypto coins are the future, and Dogecoin is the rocket to take us there!!!!
COINSACHS When did you start accepting Dogecoin? Why? I actually don’t accept Dogecoin, I sell it. Theres an overwhelming lack of availability when it comes to Dogecoin and I wanted to change that.
What kinds of products or services do you offer? Do you have a fun or interesting Dogecoin story related to your business? We currently offer a simple portal where anyone can enter a Dogecoin address, quantity, and checkout with PayPal. What we have in the works though is a bit more elaborate. Due to the overwhelming response I decided “I’m just going to do a Coinbase for Dogecoin.” So we have a fully functional online wallet platform where you can send to an address, username, email, and buy Dogecoin. We’re also working some cool things for merchants. We’re not really sure if we’ll offer a way to sell your Doge back to the site yet though.

What does “The Moon” mean to you? Everything.
TEA DOGE’S TEA DOJO Barnaby of Tea Doge’s Tea Dojo talks about Doge, Tea, and Love What is the name of your business? My business is called Tea Doge’s Tea Dojo; “Providing high quality organic teas to all my Zen Shibes!” When did you start accepting Dogecoin? Why? Over the past four or five years I have created tea lounges at dozens of festivals and events. I often go into noisy and chaotic environments, plop my table down, and build a small oasis of stillness and peace. I have a passion for tea ceremony, and the communal atmosphere it creates. Anyone who sits down at my table gets their cup filled as long as they stay. To me tea represents love, equality, and generosity. When I first learned of Dogecoin after the Bobsled news, I immediately saw a connection between what I do and the “water bowls” which gave many Shibes their very first coins in the early days. Because of my work serving tea publicly, I have several connections in the tea world that wholesale to me, so I opened my tea shop on moolah.io as soon as I could. I do this because I love Dogecoin. The spirit of generosity and goodwill being part of a currency is a very powerful thing, and I wanted to participate and be an active member of this new economy. What kinds of products or services do you offer? Do you have a fun or interesting Dogecoin story related to your business? Right now I offer a wide spectrum of loose leave organic teas. I may offer tea ware in the future, we shall see. If you live in the Los Angeles area I am available for hire to provide tea service and/or Sitar music at events. (I am currently practicing hard to become a world class Sitarist!)
Website and/or contact info for our readers? I have a personal website “BarnabyGallagher.com” which I will be fixing up very soon. But the one Shibes need to know about is “moolah.io/store/173” where my Tea Dojo lives! Stay in touch with me at DogeTea@gmail.com What does “The Moon” mean to you? WoW! The Moon means many things. From a symbolic perspective, MONEY (MOON-Y) is actually Moon worship. Money is a lot like energy, it only “exists” when it’s moving, and it makes things happen. POWERful people in the world often have influence because of how much money they have. But money has no inherent value, it is a representation of value; a reflection. Just as money has no value by itself, the Moon gives off no light of its own. It acts as a mirror which reflects the value, the light, from the one true source of power in the Solar system, the Sun. It is no coincidence that Shiba Inu’s are golden like the rays of the Sun. The value behind all things is within human beings. The value of Doge is within the community. The Sun exists inside each human, as well as out. In Eastern philosophies, it is called the SOLAR plexus. This place is where the Chinese believe our “Chi” enters the body, and it is located near our stomach, where we digest the food we eat into the nourishment which sustains our lives. To me reaching the Moon means a world that recognizes we are one family. A world without hate, greed, and the illusion of scarcity. A world that knows there is more than enough for everyone. A world where each person gives of themselves each day; shining their love, talents, and joy on all things with the same generosity as the Sun. <3

MAKINGSTUFF Spencer Penaloza of Making Stuff Graphic Design talks about Dogecoin and Art: When did you start accepting Dogecoin?
I actually started accepting Dogecoin as soon as I opened my small online doors in February (one of the few business that can probably claim that the business started because of a doge faced digital coin coming into existence). Dogecoin when I first joined in December was different than what I had seen in other altcoin communities and I wanted to not only be part of the community but see If I could help it and help myself as well by starting up a business. It felt like a good startup opportunity specially after seeing how moolah started very quickly and is now one of the well known digital currency processors.
What kinds of products and services do you offer?
Currently artwork in the form of stickers and any commission type offers. In part I’d like to try to aim into promotional graphics in the future, but one step at a time =). I enjoy the dogecoin community along with all the altcoin communities all have their own flair and personality and all are pretty kind to startups.

What is the Moon to you? “The Moon” is a personal goal we all strive for, but not necessarily the same goal we all share. Interesting enough though dogecoin would be one of the few places that the moon is fairly unified and it is for everyone in the dogecoin community to succeed. For me, personally to be a better person, I was pretty cutthroat before when running around altcoins, trading usually does that to you because of whales and the such. Now the moon isn’t so much to get rich but to be rich in spirit, because whats riches worth or use for if your dead inside =P.
BOTS4DOGE Ben of Bots4Doge.com talks about Dogecoin and Reddit Bots: When did you start accepting Dogecoin?
I actually started this business as a way to make some extra dogecoin. I figured that since most dogecoin users were also reddittors, many of them would have cool ideas for reddit bots!
What kinds of products and services do you offer?
My business is pretty simple, I make reddit bots in exchange for dogecoin. A pretty funny story that happened to me is what happened to me when I first started my business. A few people contacted me about bots, and I gave them the general price range for their ideas. In every single case, my customers insisted on paying me more than the price I had suggested. Their actions made me truly realize how awesome the Dogecoin community really was :).

What is the Moon to you?
To me, The Moon means something special. More than just a destination we should strive to reach, it represents the incredible generosity of the dogecoin community. From helping families recover from horrible loss, to helping a man realize his unforeseen dream of driving a car with a doge on it, the actions of our community really show the world that human beings are truly good at heart. If the world acted like our community does, I have no doubt that this little planet of ours would be a much better place to be. Until we reach that glorious day however, Dogecoin needs to continue being a beacon of light in the darkness, attracting all those who would avoid the rocky perils of life. So my fellow shibes, please continue to be the amazing people you really are! To the moon!

DOUCHEALERT
Nati from Douche Alert talks about Dogecoins and Douchebags I started accepting Dogecoin a couple weeks ago through Moolah.io because Doge is the next evolution in currency and I whole heartedly believe in it and am a big fan and miner. Our products are informative alerts for the modern day douchebags. Basically, they are cards you can give out to people when they are being douchebags and they can redeem themselves by going to our site and donating to charity to get their model citizen status back. Currently I don’t have a funny doge story related to my business but I def want to create a douche card based on doge. I think it would be rad. I had this guy always take up two spots in front of our place, day in and day out. One day while walking to the cafe down the street I was like, wouldn’t it be great if we had actual cards that we can put out where they would need to redeem themselves for their douchebaggery? And Douche Alert was born! I thought of the name and bought the url 30min after the thought. The idea was to make it tasteful and funny, instead of aggressive and mean, and by adding the redeem yourself option in the back where you donate to charity for…being a douche, is pretty rad. We are trying to come up with a Doge Douche Alert card! www.douchealert.com Twitter: @douchealert1 Pay with Doge at https://moolah.io/store/844 The moon means something different to everyone. To me, the moon means that Doge will be one of the top digital currencies out there that takes over the world, in a good way. ;)
AFK APPAREL
Mark from AFK Apparel talks about Dogecoin and Gaming Wear When did you start accepting Dogecoin? Why? We started accepting Dogecoin pretty much at launch this year. We had been an active part of the community for about 6 months and really enjoy the spirit of the community. Accepting Dogecoin was a logical step for us, as a way to contribute to our quest to the moon by becoming another place shibes can spend Dogecoin. What kinds of products or services do you offer? Do you have a fun or interesting Dogecoin story related to your business? AFK Apparel is a new company, launched this year. We sell bespoke designed gaming t-shirts for games such as Fallout, Skyrim, Bioshock and Street Fighter. Our designs are made by freelance designers around the world, who get a fair cut everytime a t-shirt is sold and we also donate 50% of our entire yearly profit to a nominated charity. Website and/or contact info for our readers? www.afkapparel.co.uk contact@afkapparel.co.uk What does “The Moon” mean to you? The Moon for us means a time when people start to realise, in large numbers, that money is an illusion, but the trust it creates can make for real good in the world. We strongly believe cryptocurrencies, especially Dogecoin, can help wrestle some of the control of the financial system away from single entities and back into the hands of the people.
