Birdie Fortescue’s AW25 collection is a tapestry of global inspiration, drawing from Birdie’s personal travels across Asia and beyond. Echoing the intricate patterns of Uzbekistan and the rich artisanal heritage of India, the collection is designed to be effortlessly layered, inviting personal expression through the art of mixing and matching. From hand-embroidered cushions, woven leather dining chairs, and textured lighting, to crackle-glazed and marble tables, boldly patterned rugs, and abstract candle holders, each piece is crafted to complement the next. The collection encourages a curated, collected feel where no two combinations are the same, yet all sit together beautifully. Each product is handmade in India and thoughtfully designed by Birdie, ensuring authentic and timeless interiors.

About Birdie Fortescue
Birdie Fortescue is an interior designer and antique dealer. Having worked in the UK and USA for Colefax & Fowler during her 20s, Birdie took on a Victorian warehouse in Burnham Market as a Norfolk base for her burgeoning antiques business. Having transformed the space into an interiors destination, she designed her first collection of block printed textiles shortly after. The eponymous brand has since expanded to include lighting, soft furnishings, decorative accessories and furniture. Birdie’s lifelong love of travel is at the heart of her design process. Trips to Asia, Africa and Europe inspire her palettes, prints and patterns. Birdie works with artisans and craftspeople across the globe who specialise in traditional skills and making methods.
