MEASUREMENTS
Size (approx) to suit iPhone 7cm x 14cm x 2cm
Size (approx) to suit Samsung 10cm x 18.5cm x 2.5cm
YARN
Chunky 100% Acrylic 100g x 1 ball
HOOKS AND EXTRAS
A 9mm Crochet Hook, or size that gives correct tension. A yarn needle.
TENSION
10 sts and 10 rows to 10 cm over linen st, using 9mm hook.
PURSE
Using 9mm hook, make 8 (11) ch.
1st round - Miss first ch, work 1dc into the back knob of each ch to end, work a further 2dc into same space, turn work around so that you work 1dc into the bottom of each previously worked dc, 2dc in same space, at the end of the row.
Do not join with a slip stitch, but work 1dc into next dc, (1ch, skip 1dc, 1dc into next dc) repeat until ch sp appears, and then (1dc in ch space, I ch) continuously until work measures 14 (18.5) cm from start.
Cord - Stop work at one edge of the bag. Ch 90 or till ch is 100cm. Sl st to opposite side of bag. Fasten off.
FINISHING
Darn in ends.
