Service Impact of transportation restriction in Wuhan China January 2020 Dear Valued Customer, According to a notice issued in the wee hours of January 23, 2020 by Wuhan's headquarters for the control and treatment of the pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus, city buses, subways, ferries and long-distance coaches, as well as flights and trains for outgoing passengers will be suspended starting from 10 a.m. on January 23, 2020 until further notice. FedEx will adjust service accordingly and below is the details for your reference. 1)
For Inbound International Express Service into Wuhan and Hubei Province We will continually serve Inbound International Express Business, but due to the traffic control in Wuhan and other cities in Hubei province, we will temporarily suspend delivery until further notice. Customer will experience some delays. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

For Outbound International Express Service from Wuhan and Hubei Province Due to the traffic control in Wuhan and other cities in Hubei province, we will temporarily suspend outbound service until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

For Domestic Express Service to/from Wuhan and Hubei Province The pick-up and delivery in Wuhan and other cities in Hubei province have been temporarily suspended due to road transportation control. We will suspend all domestic business to/from Wuhan temporarily until further notice.

For Domestic Express Service in other areas but transit in Wuhan Due to traffic control in Wuhan and network and route changes, General Delivery Service of Domestic Express service of below cities will be impacted. Transit time of related shipments from/to below cities may have 1-3 additional days.
