Abstract
In this study intended to analyze the dealer satisfaction, products awareness, fluctuation of demand, needs and wants of the dealers of Metal Industry. This study aims to assess the level of dealer satisfaction within the Metal industry, focusing on various aspects that influence their overall contentment. Dealer satisfaction is a critical factor in maintaining strong business relationships, ensuring brand loyalty, and driving sales performance. The aim of the study is to analyse what are the factors that expected by the dealers, what are the promotional factors that used to marketing products and to examine what are the problems faced by the dealers of Metal Industry.

Introduction
The study focuses on the assessment of dealer satisfaction within the context of Metal Industries Ltd. The study aims to analyse the level of satisfaction among dealers and identify the key factors influencing their satisfaction. Additionally, it seeks to strengthen the business relationships between Metal Industry and its dealers. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering high- quality products and services, and its success is closely tied to the performance of its dealer network.
Metal industries are an essential component of any economy and the foundation of any country's economic development. The plant is situated on 24 acres of land in Shoranur, a prominent industrial destination in Kerala's Malabar Region. The unit is a Public Sector Undertaking owned and promoted by the Government of Kerala. The company's activities include the manufacture and marketing of various agricultural implements and instruments used in agriculture, handicraft, and artisan communities. The item’s primary customers are the public and government sectors. "METIND" is well-known for the quality and dependability of its products, and it continues to be at the pinnacle.
Review Of Literature
• According to Dr. Sachdeva Monica (2019), this article examines how a dealer is handled by their manufacturer, which has a bigger influence on the dealer's dedication to business success, and the examination of dealer satisfaction or unhappiness in an effective way. The manufacturer company provides equal importance to the dealers for pricing.
• According to Dr.Musale R. S (2019), the goal of this study is to provide practical experience of dealers functioning within the market and organization in the field of marketing. It covers various details such as dealer satisfaction responses from a survey of a large number of dealers. This study determines the likelihood, brand image, contentment, and discontent, as well as the sales promotion.
• According to Alexander Decker (2018), in this study, it is the link between dealer satisfaction and consumer satisfaction. The beneficial relationship between the dealer and client satisfaction has not been established. regarding example, there is no empirical evidence regarding the cause for the relationship.
Objectives Primary Objective
• To study about the Dealers Satisfaction level of the Metal Industry Ltd ,Shoranur .
Secondary Objectives
1. To analyse the various factors like Price, Quality, Service, Supply and Credit Facility etc. that are expected by the dealers of Metal Industry Ltd, Shoranur.
2. To examine the promotional activities of dealers by the Industry for marketing the products.
3. To identify the problems related to the dealers of the Metal Industry Ltd, Shoranur.
4. Togivesuggestionsandrecommendationsforensuringbetterdealers satisfaction.
Research Methodology
The study is of Descriptive Type. The Research Design study can be a quantitative research design. A Quantitative Research Design focuses on the collection and analysis of numerical data to answer research question and test hypothesis. The design would allow for the study of dealer satisfaction using Statistical Analysis. The data is collected through Primary and Secondary Source. The main method of data collection is based on Questionnaire. Population of the study is 60 Dealer of Metal Industries Ltd, Shoranur. A Random Sampling Technique was used in this study, in which all items in the population have a chance of being selected for the sample. Sample Size taken for this study is 60. Simple Random sampling is a common Sampling Method that ensures each number of the population has an equal chance of being selected for the study. The system of data collection is based on the study being conducted. Questionnaire is a method that is used to collect data. Thereare various methods for gathering information. Percentage Analysis, ANOVA, Weighted Average Method and Chi- Square Test are the main tools used toanalyse the data.

From the above Figure shows that 50% of dealers who buy Spade, 26% of dealers who buy Pick- Axe, 8% of dealers who buy Hammer, 8% of dealers who buy Sickle and 8% of dealers who buy other equipment from Metal Industries Ltd, Shoranur.

The pie chart below shows the dealers place their orders in which interval period weekly, monthly, twice in a month, half yearly and yearly.

From the above Figure shows that 18% of dealers who placing the orders in weekly, 33% of dealers placing the orders in Monthly, 8% of dealers placing the orders in Twice in a Month, 33% of dealers placing the orders in Half – Yearly and 8% of dealers placing the orders in Yearly from Metal Industries Ltd, Shoranur.
HYPOTHESIS
To test the relationship between Promotional Factors and Satisfaction Level.
H0: There is no significant relationship between Promotional Factors and Dealers Satisfaction.
H1:Thereissignificant relationship betweenPromotional Factors and Dealers Satisfaction.

The Table Value of F test at 5% level of significance for (4,20) is 5.8026. The calculated value is 33.5 is more than the Table Value. Therefore, Null Hypothesis is rejected. Alternative Hypothesis is selected. Therefore, there is significant relationship between the Promotional Factors and Satisfaction.

Above table shows the factors influencing the Dealer Satisfaction. The Mean Score Percentage in the table have been identified by using mean/number of scale*100 and the factors are given weights as per Mean Score Percentage. According to the above data, the company provide more importance to Dealership, Service is ranked Second, products is ranked third, Distribution System is ranked 4th position and provide least importance to Time taken for supply.

As per the calculation here, the calculated value is less than the table value. Therefore, null hypothesis(H0) is accepted and it concluded that there is no significant relationship between increasing price will affect the demand or not and opinion about the price of products.
Conclusion
This project report entitled: “A Study On Dealer Satisfaction of Metal Industries Ltd , Shoranur. After analyzing the data collected from dealers, overall satisfaction level is positive. The majority of the dealers are satisfied with company, including product, quality. It revealed specific areas to improve dealer satisfaction. By addressing the areas of improvementand build positive aspect of dealers satisfaction and company relationship and strengthen partnership etc. The major tools like ANOVA, weighted average method is used to analyze the data. The questionnaire is send via email to the dealers for collecting the data. After collecting the data, analysis is made and know about positive impact of dealers towards dealer and the company.
