Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Price and Specification

Royal Enfield is set to launch its new model, the Shotgun 650, in India in June 2023, with an expected price range of ₹3,00,000 to ₹3,50,000. The Shotgun 650 is similar to other bikes currently available in the market, such as the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650, QJ Motor SRC 500, and Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 It is also expected to compete with Harley-Davidson X 350, which is launching in India in August 2023

The Shotgun 650 was unveiled as a concept motorcycle at the 2021 EICMA show in Milan. It is a bobber-style motorcycle with design elements that include a single floating-style seat, a short tubular handlebar, chopped front and rear fender, bar-end mirrors, and chunky tyres The retro-styled polished aluminium finish on the front end and digital graphics on the fuel tank add to its overall aesthetic appeal. The 650cc, parallel-twin engine is adorned with digital graphics and is expected to have similar specifications to the Interceptor INT 650 and the Continental GT 650 These models are powered by a 648cc, parallel-twin engine that produces 47bhp at 7,250rpm and 52Nm of peak torque at 5,250rpm. The final production model of the Shotgun 650 is expected to be a toned-down version of the concept motorcycle

Additional features of the concept motorcycle include a CNC billet machine fuel tank, wheels made out of a solid aluminium block with integrated ABS, dual disc brakes at the front, upside-down front forks, and hand-stitched black leather seat While the mechanical specifications of the production model are not yet known, safety features such as dual disc brakes, ABS, and upside-down front forks are expected to be included.
