Recognising the ongoing demand for appliances in the UK, Franke has launched its new Mythos Appliance Family, a dedicated range of ovens, hobs and hoods aimed at the mid-upper end of the market.
Best known for its expansive range of sinks, taps, waste management solutions and cooker hoods, the expansion of the brand’s portfolio into appliances is designed to offer a complete kitchen solution and provides homeowners and installers with the assurance of dealing with a single brand with long-standing credentials for design, innovation and high-performance.
COMPLETE APPLIANCE SOLUTION The Mythos Family is a premium range combining top performance with a minimalist design, elegant proportions and new finishes. The range has been created to offer customers a complete appliance solution with design harmony and technical performance focussing on intelligence and cooking assistance.
The Mythos Family offers three 60cm ovens in steam and pyrolytic options, a compact combi oven, a warming drawer, two induction hobs and five cooker hoods, which have been selected from the current UK offer.
A COMPREHENSIVE RANGE Mythos ovens are available in a choice of stainless steel and black glass combined, or a full black version featuring slim metal strips and ergonomic handles. The ovens boast an array of features and benefits including full TFT touch screen or push-pull knob operation, pyrolytic cleaning, 73 litre capacity, up to 19 cooking functions, Cook Assist technology for the automatic preparation of pre-set recipes, a simultaneous multi-level cooking function, telescopic guides, high quality accessories and an A+ energy rating.
Two induction hobs are available in a 65cm wide option and a larger 77cm model. Both feature a frameless design with an LCD text assisted dual display, eight cooking zones with timers, a FlexPro zone for cooking on a fully flexible surface with pots and pans of all shapes and sizes, Cook Assist mode and 18 power levels plus a booster function ranging from 2.5 kW to 7.4 kW. For full flexibility, the induction hobs can be installed recessed or flushmount.
A compact 45cm microwave-combi oven is available in a choice of stainless steel and black glass or a full black option to fully coordinate with the Mythos ovens. It boasts 16 functions, Cook Assist mode, an LCD display, push-pull knob operation and has a 40-litre capacity. Meanwhile, the Mythos Warming Drawer offers a 16-litre capacity with an adjustable temperature from 40° to 75°, ideal for keeping food warm, warming pots and pans and thawing/defrosting.

The Mythos 2gether hob extractor, Mythos Flat Ceiling hood and its three new smart models; the AQ Sense Ceiling, AQ Sense Monitor and AQ Sense Vertical, complete the integrated offer.
