The Marina Prepares for a New Season!

The Marina has just received two new jonboats in preparation for the 2024 fishing season. They are equipped with raised seating fore and aft, a center steering console, a Loran fish finder, a live well, fishing rod holders, and an Elco 9.9 HP electric motor powered by a 48-volt lithium iron phosphate ion battery. These boats can easily accommodate three persons and are extremely stable. The rental rates are by the hour: $30 for property owners and $40 for guests Reservations for their use can be made on our website.

Something new is being offered by your Marina Staff, Fishing Lessons Our instructor Keith Duncan, has been in charge of the ever-popular "Junior Fish Camp" each year and knows how to teach the best way to catch fish - particularly the rainbow trout. A fishing lesson can be arranged by emailing your name, your lot number, and cell phone number to me at jlipkowitz@bigcanoepoa.org. Keith will then contact you to arrange a time for the lesson
