Don’t miss the Saturday Super Sale at the indoor tennis courts at the Wellness Center! Racquet, Golf and Wellness have joined together to help you give the gift of Big Canoe! NOVEMBER 30, NOVEMBER 30, 7AM-NOON 7AM-NOON
Enjoy discounts of up to 50% on Christmas items, sports apparel, housewares, seasonal decor, golf bags, golf shoes, golf apparel and more. Perfect deals for holiday shopping!
Greetings from the Package Porch. I just wanted to remind you of some easy ways to help us make sure you receive all of your packages during the holiday season.
ALWAYS USE BOTH YOUR PHYSICAL ADDRESS AND YOUR MAILBOX ADDRESS AS YOUR RECEIVING ADDRESS FOR PACKAGES.
We suggest you use the following fourline address example which includes both your Big Canoe box number and the street address (do not include P.O. Box in your address line):
Roscoe Bear 123 Picnic Basket Way 19876 Big Canoe Jasper, GA 30143*
*If your Big Canoe home is in Dawson County, write Big Canoe, Ga 30143
For couriers who deliver to your home, if your physical address is not on the package, they will be unable to deliver your packages
Next, wait until you receive a QR code in your email to pick up packages at the Package Porch.
We average about 400-450 packages daily. Normally we finish scanning packages by 2pm. If possible, please wait until you receive a QR code to come to the package porch to collect your deliveries.
These packages are delivered to the Package Porch. These packages have tracking numbers that typically start with 9.
If the status of the package is “left with resident”, typically the package is located at the Package Porch.
Typically UPS will deliver to your home. The tracking number usually begins with 1z.
Amazon generally delivers to your home, but sometimes they hand off to USPS for the last mile delivery. Tracking numbers begin with T.
We also want to make everyone aware that the Fed Ex return box at the gas station has been retired. Fed Ex packages can be taken to the Dollar General on Cove Road or you can call 1-800-GOFEDEX to schedule a pick up at your home before noon.
The Package Porch will be closed Thanksgiving, November 28, Christmas, December 25 and New Years, January 1.
