Greetings from the Clubhouse!

I have enjoyed the opportunity to meet many of you as our staff, and I work to develop a culture of listening to our property owners A theme has emerged while we ’ ve listened. You want an approachable menu that lets you enjoy the Clubhouse on Lake Sconti multiple times a week, and you want PIZZA!

Chef Hector and his team have been perfecting their signature pizza recipes over the last two weeks, and we are proud to offer dine-in and to-go options beginning today! We are starting with a limited selection of hand-tossed, fire-roasted pizzas, and we plan to expand with additional offerings, including custom toppings, in the near future. We ask for your patience and support to perfect this new offering before we expand. Our goal is to provide the best quality to our property owners and their guests in all that we do

As springtime approaches, we are extending hours and offerings starting March 17th. We begin with the return of the Sunday lunch service, which includes brunch features. Friday and Saturday nights, we will be open until 9 p m And, instead of closing at 3 p m on Tuesday afternoons, we will offer our pub menu from 3 - 5 p.m. We also have a new wine list available and are looking to expand our wine variety. House wine by the glass is now $7. Being of service and learning to say yes is a big part of the culture we are building at the clubhouse

Over the last two months, my focus has been on getting to know our wonderful staff, listening to our property owners, and finding ways to positively impact our community I say our community because I live here now with my very supportive wife, Theresa, and our youngest daughter, Megan. It is a privilege to be here, and we love it! We’ve met so many nice neighbors and are optimistic about where we are headed. Read on for all the details about the new hours starting March 17, and we will see you soon for PIZZA!
