Could I move my building in the future if necessary?

In short, yes. Due to the fact we deliver the building materials on a trailer, it is possible to disassemble and reassemble. If you are making a move to another climate; however, it is advised to check on the local snow and wind loads to ensure that your building will stand up in the new environment. Can I further customize my building after installation?

Due to the versatility of metal buildings, it is a very easy process to further customize your building. Many customers choose to leave their building pretty bare, but many have also added things such as drywall, cabnitery, bathrooms, etc. Take a look at our YouTube page for videos of what previous customers have done.

Will my building arrive before the installers?

The way we are able to do these building at such a cost effective price is by going on runs with our buildings. We load up about 3-5 buildings on a trailer and drive to your area to install multiple buildings at a time. The installers of the building will be the ones driving the delivery truck, so once your building is on site, so are the installers. What happens if I need to cancel the building?

I needed a building to store some farm equipment. I had quite a few wood buildings on my property, but wanted something built to last. My building got installed a few months ago, and it blew away my expectations. I’m probably gonna need a few more in the future, and these guys will be who I call.

My wife wanted me to get my wood working supplies out of the garage. She suggested we start looking for a shed, but I wanted something with enough room to expand. I ended up with a 24x30, and I couldn’t be happier. Everything is moved in now and my wife can park in the garage again.

I needed a building to expand my business and gave Big Buildings a call. They were more than helpful with determining what size would work best. I ended up getting a 30x50, and it’s perfect. All the guys in the new shop are loving the extra space.

Order Changes

Order Revisions

Any changes that must be made on the building must go through our Building Success Team. You can call, email, or text the team to get the changes made. There is a $150 fee for any changes made to the contract or pricing. If you would like to make a revision, it is best to sleep on it to avoid multiple revision fees.

A revision will restart the process. If you are close to getting on schedule, a revision will push your building back to the beginning of the process. If you need your building in a certain timeframe, it is best to keep the building the same and not get pushed in the line.

Order Holds

If a delay happens and you need to put the project on hold, we can honor the pricing for up to six months from the order date. If the delay persists longer than six months, you may be subject to new pricing.

Cancellation Policy

1. 72-hour Cancellation Policy. The Customer shall have 48 hours from the time an order for a building is made to cancel the purchase in full. If the Customer gives notice of cancellation within said 72-hour cancellation period, then the Customer shall receive a full refund of any deposit paid to Big Buildings Direct,

LLC. After said 72-hour cancellation period, the deposit shall become non-refundable except as specifically outlined in this agreement.

2. Cancellation due to Permitting. The Customer is entitled to cancel the order and receive a return of the deposit if after diligent effort, a request for a permit is denied within 90 days of signing. In order to be entitled to a refund of a deposit under this paragraph, a document indicating that a permit application is being denied must be signed by a state, local, or federal government official. Big Buildings Direct, LLC shall have the right to speak to the applicable governmental authority to confirm the denial. The Customer shall provide any authorization necessary for the government to speak directly to

Big Buildings Direct, LLC.

3. Other Cancellations. If the Customer is not entitled to cancel an order pursuant to paragraph 1 or paragraph 2, then the

Customer will only be entitled to cancel an order only if permitted by the manufacturer of the purchase building. In no case will the Customer be entitled to a return of the deposit unless in compliance with paragraph 1 or paragraph 2.

4. If the customer is not entitled to an order pursuant to paragraph 1,2 or 3; Big Buildings Direct does offer that the customer can request building deposit to be used as a credit on file. Customer will request and confirm to cancel current building project with Big Buildings Direct. I understand that

Big Buildings Direct will be turning building deposit from the original order to a credit on file to be used at a later date towards a future building order with same value or higher than original order.

Refund Process

Any refunds processed will be to the original form of payment. We do not make refunds to any form of payment except the one used for the down payment.

Refund Timeline

Once a cancellation request has been made, it can take up to 45 days to be processed. Once the refund has been made, it can also take your bank 7 business days to process.
