Will adding a window or changing my building size slow down the process?

How long will my install take?

Yes, making a change to the order will restart your timeline. See the “Order Revisions” section for more details.

The installation process can vary from building to building. Most buildings can be completed within three days. Larger or more complex buildings can take upwards of a week to install. It is best to check with our Building Success Team or your installers for more detailed information. When will I be able to get on schedule?

Before scheduling can begin, it is required that your permit has been pulled (if applicable) and your site is ready for installation. We do not start scheduling before the site is prepared. This is to ensure that we do not arrive on site before it is finished. Check the “Scheduling” section for more details and how to get on schedule. Do you pull the permit?

The permit is the customer’s responsibility. The local permitting officals will be able to help guide you through the process; although, it is also recommend to read through the “Permitting” section to get more information. How do I confirm my building order?

After your order has been sent to the installers, you will be recieving a welcome call from our Building Success Team. This will be to go over the next steps in the process and to confirm your information to this point is accurate.

Could I move my building in the future if necessary?

In short, yes. Due to the fact we deliver the building materials on a trailer, it is possible to disassemble and reassemble. If you are making a move to another climate; however, it is advised to check on the local snow and wind loads to ensure that your building will stand up in the new environment. Can I further customize my building after installation?

Due to the versatility of metal buildings, it is a very easy process to further customize your building. Many customers choose to leave their building pretty bare, but many have also added things such as drywall, cabnitery, bathrooms, etc. Take a look at our YouTube page for videos of what previous customers have done.

Will my building arrive before the installers?

The way we are able to do these building at such a cost effective price is by going on runs with our buildings. We load up about 3-5 buildings on a trailer and drive to your area to install multiple buildings at a time. The installers of the building will be the ones driving the delivery truck, so once your building is on site, so are the installers. What happens if I need to cancel the building?

I needed a building to store some farm equipment. I had quite a few wood buildings on my property, but wanted something built to last. My building got installed a few months ago, and it blew away my expectations. I’m probably gonna need a few more in the future, and these guys will be who I call.
